Industrial machinery rental · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the machine name a plant head types, with rental in the first line.

SEO for a machinery rental firm is the work of making your pages the answer when a buyer types a machine name followed by hire, rent or on lease. GullySales works on the machine pages, the wording and the technical set-up that let search engines match those pages to the query.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For industrial machinery rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer types the machine, not the service”

A plant head searches for a hydraulic press or a screw compressor, and the word rental comes second or not at all. Pages that open with the machine and state the rental offer straight away match what was typed.

  • “A stock-register page tells search nothing”

A list of model numbers with no description gives a search engine little to read and a plant head nothing to judge. Each machine class needs its own page with sizes, power needs, use and terms.

  • “Brand names pull the search, so handle them carefully”

Buyers search by manufacturer and model. You can name the models you hold, as plain facts, without implying any link to the maker. Check the platform's current rules before using a brand name in paid text.

  • “Search results differ by town”

A factory in one industrial area wants delivery to its gate. A page that names the areas you serve and the installation you do answers that doubt before the call.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial machinery rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each machine class

CNC, press, compressor, chiller, welding and packaging pages, each opening with the machine and the rental offer.

Result: Each page has one clear machine focus in its title and first paragraph.

  2. Technical content on each page

Power needs, floor space, tooling, operator options and installation notes written in the words a plant head uses.

Result: A reader can judge fit without calling.

  3. A search-term map

A sheet matching each phrase to the page that should answer it, so two pages do not compete.

Result: Every phrase on the sheet has one page assigned.

  4. Clean technical set-up

Page titles, descriptions, speed on mobile and a sitemap checked against the current site.

Result: A list of fixes made is handed over, page by page.

  5. Photographs and condition details

Real photographs of the machine, with hours run and last service shown where you hold the record.

Result: Each machine page carries images that you took.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before the pages rank?
We cannot promise a position or a date. Ranking depends on the pages, the competition and the search engine. We set the pages up properly and read the results against where you started.
Should rental and used-machine sales share a page?
Keep them on separate pages so a buyer finds the right offer, and link between them for those who want to move from renting to buying.
Do we need a blog?
Not to begin with. Machine pages come first. Articles on rent versus buy or site preparation can follow once those pages are in place.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
