Laundry franchise brands · Website

Build a site that answers an investor's questions and books a household's pickup.

A website for a laundry franchise brand has to serve two visitors at once: a candidate studying formats and a household looking for a pickup. GullySales plans the structure, writes the pages with your team and builds the booking and enquiry routes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For laundry franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page must split the audience”

A visitor arrives with one of two intents. A clear choice near the top, one path for franchise candidates and one for customers, sends each to pages written for them rather than a mixed message.

  • “Candidates look for specifics”

A candidate wants format, space needs, support and the process to follow. A page that lists them in plain words, with an enquiry form that asks about premises, sets the right tone and screens early.

  • “The rate card should live on the site”

Customers compare prices before they book. A rate card page that matches the counter, and updates once for all outlets, prevents the mismatch that leads to complaints on your page.

  • “Outlet pages must be real”

A page for each outlet with its address, hours, serving area and booking link helps a household confirm that the service reaches them. Empty pages for places without outlets frustrate visitors.

What we do

What we deliver for laundry franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site map for two audiences

A plan showing the pages for candidates, households and bulk clients, with links between them.

Result: Each visitor type has a clear route.

  2. Franchise section

Pages on formats, support and the process, with a qualifying enquiry form.

Result: A candidate can read and enquire in one place.

  3. Customer section with booking

Service pages, a rate card and a booking form linked to WhatsApp and phone.

Result: A household can book without hunting for a number.

  4. Outlet directory

A page per outlet with address, serving area, hours and listing link.

Result: Each outlet appears with verified details.

  5. Enquiry routing

Forms that send candidate enquiries to sales and booking requests to the right outlet.

Result: Each submission reaches the person who must act.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need separate sites for franchise and customers?
One site with two clear sections works well. A separate site makes sense only if the audiences, the brand voice and the teams are very different.
How do outlets update their details?
Through a shared sheet or a simple admin area that the brand controls. Outlets change hours and holiday notices, while the brand keeps rates and format information.
What should the franchise enquiry form ask?
City, shop size and frontage, who will run the outlet and how to reach them. Keep it short, and leave capital figures for the call so the form does not put off serious candidates.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
