Live music venues and comedy clubs · Website

Give the room a site that sells the next show, not just the address.

A website for a live music venue or comedy club is the place where a guest checks the line-up, books a table and where an artist or planner finds the details. GullySales designs and writes the pages, the booking forms and the show calendar so the site works on a phone first.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For live music venues and comedy clubs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone, mid-decision”

A person outside a venue or on a sofa with friends opens the site on a mobile. Tiny menus and heavy images lose them before the line-up loads.

  • “The calendar is out of date”

A page that lists last month's shows tells a visitor the place is closed or neglected. The calendar needs an owner and a habit of updating it.

  • “Planners want a document, not a gallery”

A corporate planner wants capacity, layout, sound and process in one place, ready to forward. A photo gallery cannot answer them.

  • “Booking requires a call”

If the only route is a phone number, the venue loses everyone who prefers to write. A form and a WhatsApp button give a second route that suits more people.

What we do

What we deliver for live music venues and comedy clubs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A show calendar

A page listing upcoming nights with acts, times and booking links, easy for the team to update.

Result: Visitors see what is on and how to book.

  2. Pages for each recurring night

A permanent page for each format with a description, the style of line-up and a booking route.

Result: Each night can be found and shared.

  3. A booking and enquiry form

Forms for tables, acts and corporate evenings, each sending the details to the right person.

    Result: Enquiries arrive organised.

  4. A room and planner page

A page covering capacity, layout, sound, access and house rules, downloadable as a sheet.

Result: A planner can forward one link.

  5. A mobile and speed check

Testing of layout and loading on common phones, with fixes.

Result: The site opens cleanly on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need our own site if a ticket platform lists us?
Yes. The platform sells seats, and the venue needs its own page for its voice, its list and its enquiries.
Who updates the calendar?
Your team, with a simple guide from us, or we do it on request. The site is built so a non-technical person can do it.
Can the site describe the bar?
Describe the food and the room. Alcohol advertising is restricted and rules differ by state, so check any drink content with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
