Poultry farms · Lead generation

Find the shops, kitchens and households that would buy your birds without the trader.

Lead generation for a poultry farm is the work of finding named buyers for birds and eggs before a batch is ready, so the sale is not decided by one truck on one morning. GullySales works on the buyer list, the first approach to each type of buyer and the record of who answered.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For poultry farms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A batch has a sell-by day, so the buyer search starts early”

Broilers cannot wait in the shed for a better rate. A farm that begins looking for buyers when the birds are already heavy takes the first offer. The search has to run beside the rearing cycle, with names ready before placement.

  • “The nearest buyers are the ones nobody has visited”

Retail chicken shops two towns over, a caterer who supplies weddings, a hotel kitchen on the highway. They buy from whoever turned up first. A written list of those places, with who decides, is a lead source the farm already sits beside.

  • “Households are a separate lead with a separate promise”

A family buying country chicken asks where the birds were raised and how they are delivered. That buyer is found through a neighbour's recommendation or a WhatsApp forward, not through a shop visit, and needs its own short offer.

  • “An enquiry about a rate is not yet a lead”

The caller who asks today's rate may be a trader checking a competitor. Asking the quantity, the delivery place and the usual payment terms sorts a real buyer from a price check before anyone drives out.

What we do

What we deliver for poultry farms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A buyer list built by type

Shops, hotels, caterers, households and fellow farms listed separately with the person who orders and the phone number.

Result: Each buyer type has its own named list you can read.

  2. A first-visit sheet for shops and kitchens

One page with bird weight bands, batch dates, delivery days and what a sample order looks like.

Result: You leave something printed behind on every visit.

  3. A farm enquiry questionnaire

Four plain questions asked on the first call: quantity, place, repeat need, how payment is made.

Result: Price checks and real buyers are marked differently in your notes.

  4. A household sign-up message

A short WhatsApp note for neighbours and existing customers inviting them to join the country chicken list.

Result: A list of households who asked to be told about the next batch.

  5. A lead sheet that follows each name

Who was approached, what they said and when to ask again, kept in one sheet.

Result: You can see which names have gone quiet.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a website to find buyers?
No. A phone, a WhatsApp number and a Google listing can carry the first buyers. A page helps a kitchen manager or a household check you before calling.
Should I stop selling to my trader?
No. The trader stays a buyer. The work adds other buyers so the trader's rate is no longer the only one you can sell at.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
