Power backup solution providers · Search engine optimisation

Appear when an engineer searches for the system, not the shelf product.

SEO for a power backup provider means getting pages in front of engineers and facility heads who search by site and problem, such as hospital generator installation or data room UPS. GullySales works on page structure, copy and technical basics so those searches find you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

UPS and power backup dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Load survey and quotation. Record the load surveyed, the rating suggested and the items quoted, with each revision kept against the enquiry.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For power backup solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search the site and the failure, not the brand”

An IT head types server room power backup design. A plant engineer types generator with synchronising panel for a factory. A page titled power solutions answers neither, and the visitor goes to the firm whose page names the room.

  • “Home inverter searches crowd the results”

The same words that bring a hospital engineer also bring homeowners shopping for an inverter. Pages need to say clearly who they are for, and the site must not rank for the terms that fill the inbox with the wrong calls.

  • “Technical pages need the engineer's own words”

A page on changeover behaviour or battery bank sizing earns trust only when the facts come from your engineers and the makers' documents. Copy written from outside the workshop reads as filler and is skipped by the specifier.

What we do

What we deliver for power backup solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Keyword map by site and system

A sheet pairing each search phrase with the page that should answer it, grouped by hospital, data room, factory and residential complex.

Result: Each target phrase has one named page and no two pages compete for it.

  2. Site-type and system pages

Pages for generators, online UPS, battery banks and changeover panels, each written for the site that buys them.

Result: The site has a page for every system you design and install.

  3. Title and heading rewrite

Titles, headings and descriptions rewritten around the searcher's words, with your engineers confirming every technical term.

Result: Each page title says the system and the site.

  4. Technical clean-up

Speed, mobile layout, broken links and indexing fixes found in a crawl of the site.

Result: The crawl report lists no open errors on the pages that matter.

  5. Engineer-reviewed guides

Short guides on sizing questions and what an assessment covers, each signed off by a named engineer on your team.

Result: Every guide has a reviewer who can answer a follow-up call.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will a higher ranking bring us orders?
Ranking is not promised. A page that matches the search and asks for the site details gives the visitor a reason to call, and the enquiry log shows whether it does.
Do we need a blog for SEO?
Only guides that answer a question your buyers ask before an assessment. A small number of accurate pages beats a long list of general posts about electricity.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
