Salon franchise brands · Local SEO

Win the map results near each outlet, because a client books the salon closest to them.

Local SEO for a salon franchise is the work on each outlet's Google profile, reviews and catchment so the outlet shows up for searchers a short distance away. GullySales checks the profiles outlet by outlet and builds the review and reply routine behind them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For salon franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The client picks from three names and a distance”

Searching for bridal makeup near Kukatpally shows a few listings with ratings and photos. The client taps the one that looks open, close and answered. Each outlet competes in that small list, not the brand as a whole.

  • “One brand name on every outlet profile creates confusion”

Outlets that share a name and a loose address can overwrite each other's information. Each outlet needs its own verified profile, its own hours, its own phone line and its own photographs, kept consistent with the brand style.

  • “Reviews about waiting times go unanswered”

A client who waited at the chair writes about it and the reply box stays empty. The next reader sees an outlet that did not respond. A calm, specific reply written by someone with authority matters as much as the rating.

  • “Photographs from head office do not show this outlet”

Stock interiors on a local profile mislead the client and weaken trust at the door. Real photographs of the front, the chairs, the wash area and the stylists show what the visitor will find on arrival.

What we do

What we deliver for salon franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile audit for every outlet

A check of name, address, hours, phone number, services and photographs on each outlet's profile against the brand's own record.

Result: You hold a list of what each profile shows and what needs correcting.

  2. Hours set for festivals and wedding season

Special hours entered for Diwali week, public holidays and extended bridal days, with the last booking time set correctly.

Result: A searcher on a festival evening sees accurate hours.

  3. A review ask at the billing counter

A short request made at billing with the review link on a card or phone screen, so the ask reaches clients who just visited.

Result: Newer reviews come from people who came to the outlet.

  4. Reply drafts for common complaints

Written replies for waiting time, price disputes and service quality, which the outlet adapts before posting.

Result: Each critical review has a public reply that sounds like a person.

  5. A service list that names real services

Each service entered by its name, such as hair spa, keratin treatment or bridal trial, with no vague headings.

Result: A searcher for one service can see that the outlet offers it.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should own the profile, head office or the outlet?
Both need access. Head office should hold ownership so a departing manager cannot lock it, and the outlet should be able to post and reply. Agree who does what, in writing, before a profile goes live.
Can a new outlet appear on the map before opening?
A profile can be created in advance, but verification and display depend on the platform's current rules. Check them and plan the profile ahead of the opening offer.
What if clients review the stylist, not the outlet?
Thank the client, mention the outlet, and keep the stylist's name to what the client already wrote. If the stylist leaves, the outlet still holds the review and the relationship through its own booking route.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
