Solid waste management companies · CRM

Keep every authority, estate and bulk generator in one record with a next step.

A CRM for a waste operator is a single record of every buyer, officer, tender and renewal, with who spoke to whom and what comes next. GullySales sets up the fields, the stages and the habits so that contracts are not lost when an engineer is transferred or a supervisor leaves.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For solid waste management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A contract is a long relationship with many people”

One contract involves an engineer, an accountant, a health inspector and a ward officer. Without a shared record, each of your people knows a different part.

  • “Renewal dates are the most important entry”

A contract end date, with the person who decides renewal, should sit at the top of the record. When it hides in a file, renewal becomes a surprise.

  • “Bids need a status, not only a folder”

A tender passes through noticed, documents gathered, submitted, technical result and financial result. A record that shows the stage tells you what is stuck.

  • “Complaints belong in the same place”

A complaint from a township is part of the relationship. When the engineer calls before renewal, the history of complaints and closures should be on the screen.

What we do

What we deliver for solid waste management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Fields and stages for your trade

A set-up with authority, zone, contract type, end date, decider, documents and stage, chosen for waste work and not copied from a retail template.

Result: A record that fits how your bids and contracts run.

  2. A tool choice

A comparison of the CRM tools in ordinary use in India against your team's size and habits, with the choice explained.

Result: A decision your team understands.

  3. Import of existing contacts

Contacts from phones, spreadsheets and old files brought into one list, with duplicates marked.

Result: One list of officers and buyers.

  4. A renewal view

A saved view that lists contracts by end date with the decider and last contact.

Result: You can see which renewals need a conversation.

  5. Team habits

A short routine for logging each call, visit and complaint, agreed with supervisors.

Result: Entries are made by the people who hold the conversations.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a spreadsheet enough?
For a handful of contracts it may be. As bids, officers and complaints grow, a CRM keeps the history where the whole team sees it.
Who owns the data?
You do. Contacts and records remain your business property. Choose a tool that lets you export them.
Can supervisors use it on a phone?
Pick a tool with a usable phone view and keep entries short, so that a supervisor can log a visit from the lane.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
