Talent management agencies · Website

Build a site where a coordinator finds the right face and a parent finds the answers.

A website for a talent agency is the roster, the sign-up route and the information pages in one place, built so a coordinator can search it and a family can trust it. GullySales works on the structure, the portfolio pages and the forms.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For talent management agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Search by filter is what a coordinator needs”

They want to filter by age range, language, gender and look. A page of faces in no order forces them back to a phone call, and the agency loses the time advantage.

  • “Privacy shapes the design”

Contact details stay off the page, children's pages need extra care, and every photo needs consent. A request button replaces the published phone number.

  • “The sign-up path must be easy and honest”

Applicants and parents look for how to join, what it costs and what is expected. A short form with a plain explanation beside it reduces the half-finished enquiries.

  • “A site must work on a phone in a hurry”

Coordinators read on the move. Slow galleries and heavy images cost the agency the first impression, so pages need to load lightly and display well on a small screen.

What we do

What we deliver for talent management agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A roster with filters

Profile pages with age range, languages, skills and type, searchable by those fields.

Result: A coordinator finds a type without calling.

  2. A request-availability button on each profile

A short form that sends the request to the shared inbox with the profile named.

Result: Requests arrive with the talent already identified.

  3. A sign-up page with a clear form

Fields for the details you need, consent and a plain note on commission and process.

Result: Applicants arrive with complete details.

  4. A parents' information page

A page on registration, fees, school and safety, general where state rules differ.

Result: Parents have one place to read first.

  5. A site that loads lightly on a phone

Images compressed, pages structured and forms tested on a small screen.

Result: The site opens and works on a phone.

  6. Consent and privacy built in

A consent record behind each photo, and no private contact details on public pages.

Result: Nothing is public without permission.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the full roster be public?
The owner decides. A public selection with the rest available on request is common, and it protects talent who prefer privacy.
Can we show rates?
You can explain how rates are set. Figures differ by job and by buyer, so give them on request.
Do we need video on the site?
Short introduction clips help a coordinator judge presence. They need consent and light files, so add them to the profiles that matter first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
