Vehicle rental · Search engine optimisation

Show up when a family searches for the exact vehicle and the exact trip.

SEO for a vehicle rental business is the work of making your site the answer to searches such as a tempo traveller in your city, or a self-drive car at the station. GullySales builds pages around vehicle types, routes and terms, and checks how they are found.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For vehicle rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers name the vehicle, the city and the trip”

Nobody searches for vehicle rental in general when the group is eleven people going to a temple. They search for the seat count, the route or the airport. A page titled with your company name serves none of those searches.

  • “Fleet lists carry no information a search engine can use”

A page with vehicle names and a phone number gives the engine one line to work with. Seating, luggage space, what the rate includes and the areas you cover give it the detail to match the query.

  • “Route and airport pages answer questions in advance”

Outstation customers ask about the pick-up point, the driver's night halt and the toll cost before they call. A route page that answers them keeps the visitor from going back to the results.

  • “Duplicate pages compete with each other”

Writing near-identical pages for every suburb splits the little authority a small site has. One strong page per vehicle and trip, with real details, outperforms a dozen copies.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Vehicle and trip page structure

A set of pages, one for each vehicle type and each main trip, with titles and headings written the way a customer searches.

Result: Each page targets one clear search and has its own address.

  2. On-page details that match the search

Seating, luggage, fuel, kilometre limit, driver allowance and deposit written in plain text, not hidden in an image.

Result: The words a visitor looks for are on the page.

  3. Photo and file clean-up

Real fleet photos with proper names, descriptions and a size that loads on a mobile connection.

Result: Pages open without a long wait on a phone.

  4. Internal links between trips and vehicles

Links from each route page to the vehicles suited to it and back.

Result: A visitor on one page can reach the next relevant one in a tap.

  5. A search review against your bookings

A read of which pages receive visits and which of those turn into enquiries, set beside your booking sheet.

Result: You can see which pages bring bookings and which only bring traffic.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions

  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Will SEO put us above the aggregators?
We cannot promise a position. Platforms are strong for broad searches. We aim your pages at specific vehicle, trip and city searches where an operator with real detail can be found.
Do we need a blog for SEO?
Not first. Vehicle and trip pages come before articles. A few useful pieces on route planning or what a rate covers can follow once the main pages are complete.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
