Crop protection product companies · Website

Build a site where a dealer checks a product and a grower finds the problem.

A website for a crop protection company holds product pages, crop and problem pages, label documents, a dealer locator and a complaint route. GullySales plans the structure and the label-accurate wording, and the site is cleared by your regulatory adviser before launch.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For crop protection product companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A catalogue by chemical name loses the grower”

A site built as a product list expects the visitor to know what to buy. The grower arrives with a pest or a symptom, so the site needs a way in by crop and problem, with the products appearing as the answer.

  • “Label documents have to be easy to find”

Dealers and consultants look for the registered label, composition and safe-use notes. A site that buries the label, or shows a photograph of a pack with unreadable text, forces a phone call that a clear page would have avoided.

  • “A dealer locator is the buying button”

Nobody buys a pesticide from a website. The useful action is finding the nearest stockist. A locator that is out of date, or shows shops that no longer stock the brand, sends a grower to a rival.

  • “The site must work on a weak phone connection”

A grower in a village opens the page on a basic handset with a slow connection. Heavy images and sliders make it fail. Light pages, local language and a clear call button reach that visitor.

What we do

What we deliver for crop protection product companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map by crop, problem and product

A structure with three ways in, crop, problem and product, each leading to label-accurate pages.

Result: A visitor reaches the right product from the crop or the pest.

  2. Label and safe-use library

A section holding the registered label, composition and safe-use notes for every product, in readable form.

Result: Each product has its label a single click away.

  3. A dealer locator

A list or map of stockists by district, with a route for a shop to ask to be added and a named person who keeps it current.

Result: The locator has an owner and an update routine.

  4. A complaint and query page

A page stating the single complaint route and asking for product, batch, village and date.

Result: A complaint arrives with the details needed to open a case.

  5. Light regional language pages

Pages that load on a basic phone, written in the language of the belt with clear calls to find a stockist.

Result: The site opens and reads on the handsets your growers use.

  6. Pre-launch clearance record

A record showing who checked every page against the label and registration before launch.

Result: The owner holds a clearance for each page.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The site needs a page for each question a grower, a dealer and an inspector asks.

which product for this pest on my crop
A crop and problem page, with symptom photographs, the registered products and a link to the label and the dealer locator.
product label PDF
A label and safe-use library, one page per product, with the current label and the date it was last checked by the regulatory team.
become a dealer
A dealer page listing territories open, documents needed such as a licence, and a short enquiry form.
where to buy near me
A dealer locator by district that lists shops who agreed to be shown, with an address and a call button.
report a problem with a product
A complaint and query page asking for the pack, batch, crop and contact, with a plain note on who replies.

Who it is for

This is written for these crop protection product companies.

  • Insecticide, fungicide and herbicide formulation companies
  • Bio-pesticide and bio-stimulant companies
  • Plant growth regulator and micronutrient suppliers
  • Generic agrochemical companies selling through distributors
  • Companies with their own brands and a regional dealer network
  • Companies supplying large growers, plantations and estates
  • Companies serving horticulture and vegetable growers
  • Exporters and importers of technical and formulations

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Labels change and nobody owns the check, so the library would show an old label as current.
  • The dealer locator would list shops that never agreed to be shown, which creates trouble for them and for you.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can the website sell products online?
Check the rules for your products and states with your adviser before attempting it. We plan the site around information, the dealer locator and enquiries, since the sale happens at the counter.
How is the site kept current?
Someone in your company owns the label library and the dealer list. We set the structure so that a change of label or dealer is a short edit and not a redesign.
Can a grower buy directly from the site?
Selling pesticides online is regulated and depends on licences and state rules. Check with your regulatory adviser before offering it. Most companies keep the dealer as the point of sale and use the site to help the grower find the product and the shop.
How should the site work on a slow phone connection?
Keep pages light, put text before video and offer the label as a small file. A grower in the field has a weak signal. A page that does not load is a lost reader, so test the main pages on a basic phone before launch.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
