Drone dealers and service providers · Local SEO

Get on the map for the district where your drones actually fly.

Local SEO for a drone business means being listed correctly on Google Maps for the district you serve, whether you sell machines from a shop or send pilots to farms and sites. GullySales works on the listing, the service area and the reviews behind it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For drone dealers and service providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A flying service is not a shop, and the listing must say so”

A provider who travels to the client sets a service area and hides the home address if no customers visit. A dealer with a counter shows the address and hours. Mixing the two confuses both the map and the customer.

  • “Farmers search from the field with a thumb”

The cooperative secretary types a short phrase and taps the first number. A listing with a phone line that is answered during sowing and spraying weeks is worth more than a polished page.

  • “Photographs prove the work is real”

A listing with stock images looks like a reseller. Pictures of your own drone over a named crop, a repair bench or a training day tell a nearby buyer that a real operator is behind it.

  • “Reviews come from jobs, not from shops”

A sprayed field or a survey delivered rarely prompts a review unless someone asks. The ask belongs at handover, when the farmer or site engineer sees the result.

What we do

What we deliver for drone dealers and service providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A listing set for how you work

Shop address, service area or both, entered the way the platform expects for a visiting service.

Result: The map shows you for the right kind of search.

  2. Service area drawn from past jobs

Districts and taluks taken from your job records, not guessed.

Result: You appear where you have already worked.

  3. Original photographs with captions

Your own drones, workshop and field work, captioned with the crop or the job type.

Result: A nearby buyer sees an operator, not a stock image.

  4. A review request at handover

A short message with the review link sent when the map file or spray report is delivered.

Result: New reviews come from named recent jobs.

  5. Replies to every review

Written answers to praise and complaints, kept factual and free of promises.

Result: Future buyers read how you handle a problem.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The map listing must say whether you visit or are visited.

drone spraying service near me
A service-area listing for the districts you fly in, with the home address hidden if no customer visits.
drone shop in [town]
A dealer listing with the counter address, hours and a phone answered during shop hours, kept separate from the flying service.
drone repair and spares
A workshop listing naming the brands you repair and the parts you stock, with a drop-off address.
agricultural drone operator in [taluk]
Service areas set by taluk, with photos from fields in those taluks, so a secretary can see the work close by.

Who it is for

This is written for these drone dealers and service providers.

  • Agricultural spraying service providers working with cooperatives and FPOs
  • Drone dealers selling to farmers, surveyors and videographers
  • Land and construction survey drone companies
  • Solar plant and rooftop thermal inspection operators
  • Wedding, event and real estate aerial filming studios
  • Drone repair, spares and servicing workshops
  • Remote pilot training institutes
  • Mining, power line and infrastructure inspection contractors

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your phone is not answered in the sowing and spraying weeks, so a listing would send callers to a missed call.
  • You run flying and retail from one address, and the listing would confuse the map until you decide which one customers visit.
  • You have no finished work in the area you want to list, so a farmer would find no neighbour to ask.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We have no shop. Can we still appear on Maps?
A visiting service can list with a service area and no public address. Check the platform's current rules on how to enter it, and keep your name the same everywhere.
Should the listing show a spraying price?
Prices vary with crop, terrain and chemical. State what the price depends on instead of quoting a figure that will be quoted back to you.
Do reviews matter for a business with few customers?
Yes, because a nearby buyer compares only two or three listings. A handful of recent, specific reviews carries more weight than a long silent profile.
How do we ask for reviews from a farmer?
Ask at the end of the job, once the area is finished and paid, and show the farmer where to leave it. A review that names the crop and the work carries weight with other growers. Do not offer gifts for reviews, and check the platform's current rules.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
