E-waste recycling companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page an IT head finds when searching how to dispose of old laptops with a certificate.

SEO for an e-waste recycler is the work of appearing when a company or household searches for disposal, certificates and data destruction in your region. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the structure that match those searches to what you handle.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For e-waste recycling companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers ask about the outcome, not the trade”

An IT head types a question about laptop disposal with a certificate or about wiping drives before scrapping. A page titled with the trade name alone never answers that question, so the search lands on a competitor's guide.

  • “Authorisation is the claim searchers look for”

Buyers compare who is registered with the relevant pollution control body. A page that states what you are authorised to handle, in plain words, gives a searcher and a Google crawler something to read, where a logo strip gives neither.

  • “One page for every material hides the money material”

Laptops from offices, batteries, refrigerators and television sets are different searches by different buyers. A single services page cannot rank for each, and the corporate lot work buried inside it is the work you most want found.

  • “Pickup areas decide which searches are yours”

A recycler that collects across a few cities competes city by city. Without a page for each place served, a nearby search shows the dealer who named the area, not the one who actually drives there.

What we do

What we deliver for e-waste recycling companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A keyword map by material and buyer

A sheet listing searches for office IT disposal, data destruction, batteries, appliances and household pickup, each tied to one page.

Result: Every page has one set of searches it is built for.

  2. An authorisation and process page

A page stating what you are authorised to handle, how material is received and processed, and what certificate and record leave with the client.

Result: The page matches the papers you hold.

  3. A page for each material you take

Separate pages for laptops and monitors, batteries, and appliances, each with accepted items and pickup rules.

Result: A searcher for batteries lands on a page about batteries.

  4. Place pages for areas you serve

A page for each city or district you collect in, naming the routes and bulk limits for that area.

Result: Each place you serve has its own page.

  5. Titles and headings rewritten in buyers' words

Page titles and headings reset to the phrases an IT head or household types, checked against your own enquiry records.

Result: Titles read like searches, not slogans.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The phrases a company types when old equipment has to go, and the page that answers each.

laptop disposal with certificate
A page on corporate asset disposal that lists the record and certificate you provide, with a lot quote sheet to download. This is the IT head asking before an audit.
how to wipe hard drives before scrapping
A guide to your data destruction method, written step by step in plain words. It answers the first worry and leads to the enquiry form for bulk lots.
authorised e-waste recycler in [city]
Your authorisation page with the materials you handle named and your plant location stated. A buyer checking a shortlist reads this before calling.
old refrigerator and AC pickup near me
A page for appliances with the areas you serve and the items taken or refused. It catches the household that would otherwise call the street collector.
lead acid battery recycling
A separate page for batteries, because a battery buyer and a laptop buyer have different questions. Cover how collection works and what paperwork follows.

Who it is for

This is written for these e-waste recycling companies.

  • Authorised dismantlers and recyclers for IT and telecom equipment
  • Collection centres and aggregators feeding larger recyclers
  • Producer responsibility partners for electronics brands
  • Refurbishers and resellers of used laptops and phones
  • Battery and lead acid recyclers
  • Data destruction and IT asset disposal specialists
  • Recyclers of appliances like refrigerators and air conditioners
  • Recyclers serving government offices and institutions

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your authorisation pages are not in order yet, so a search visitor would arrive and find nothing to check
  • You handle one material only and have no plan for a page on it, so the work would spread across searches you cannot serve
  • Your site cannot be edited by anyone on your side, so new pages would wait on outside help for every correction

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At an interval agreed in writing we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a blog for SEO?
A few guides answering real buyer questions help, such as what happens to drives. The core work sits on the material, authorisation and place pages. We start there and add guides where enquiries show a gap.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?
No. Rankings depend on competitors and on search engine decisions we do not control. We work on the pages and structure, and report where the pages stand.
Should we write a page for every town we pick up from?
Only for towns you actually serve on a fixed route. A page for a town with no pickup sends callers you must refuse. Name each served area truthfully and link it to the pickup details so the search matches what the van does.
Do search visitors compare recyclers by price?
Corporate visitors first compare authorisation and data handling, and price follows. A page that states what you are authorised to take and how drives are wiped lets the IT head shortlist you before any quote is asked for.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
