E-waste recycling companies · Website

Build a site where the auditor's question has an answer on the first page.

A website for an e-waste recycler is the place where a company checks your authorisation, your process and your records before it ever calls. GullySales works on the pages, the statements and the enquiry forms that let each buyer find their own answer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For e-waste recycling companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first thing checked is authorisation”

A corporate buyer looks for what you are authorised to handle before reading anything else. If the page is a photograph of a plant and a slogan, the buyer moves to a competitor who states it.

  • “The process must be visible in order”

Receiving, sorting, dismantling, processing and records, shown as steps with what the client gets at the end, let an IT head explain the choice to finance. A list of machines does not do this.

  • “One enquiry form cannot serve three buyers”

A household needs three fields, a corporate lot needs a table of items, and a producer needs a conversation. A single contact box produces vague messages that need three follow-up calls.

  • “Downloads travel inside the company”

The data statement, the record template and the lot sheet are forwarded to colleagues and the auditor. Files named plainly, with the date, travel further than a page that has to be read on screen.

What we do

What we deliver for e-waste recycling companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An authorisation page

A page naming what you are authorised to handle, with the papers described so a buyer can check them.

Result: The page matches the documents you hold.

  2. A process page in steps

Each step from receiving to the certificate, with the record the client gets.

Result: A buyer can explain your process in a few sentences.

  3. Separate enquiry routes

A lot form for corporate buyers, a pickup form for households and a contact route for producers.

Result: Each buyer sends the details you need.

  4. Download files for buyers

The data statement, the lot quote sheet and the asset record template, each as a plain file.

Result: A buyer can forward the files to the auditor.

  5. Pages for materials and places

Pages for laptops and monitors, batteries, appliances and each area served.

Result: Searchers and buyers land on a page for their own need.

  6. An accepted items list

A short list on the home page and the household page of what is taken and what is not.

Result: The calls about unaccepted items fall away.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a buyer types when checking a recycler, and the page on your site that answers it.

is this e-waste recycler authorised
The authorisation page. State what you are authorised to handle and which body issued it, in plain words, before any slogan.
how does e-waste recycling work step by step
A process page: receiving, sorting, dismantling, processing and records, each with what the client gets. An IT head uses it to explain the choice to finance.
bulk laptop disposal quote
A corporate lot enquiry form with a table for item type, count, condition and site, so a vague message does not need three calls.
book old television pickup
A household form with name, address, items and a preferred day. Three or four fields suit a person who just wants a van.
e-waste disposal record sample
A downloadable sample record and data statement, named plainly with the date. These travel inside the company to the auditor.

Who it is for

This is written for these e-waste recycling companies.

  • Authorised dismantlers and recyclers for IT and telecom equipment
  • Collection centres and aggregators feeding larger recyclers
  • Producer responsibility partners for electronics brands
  • Refurbishers and resellers of used laptops and phones
  • Battery and lead acid recyclers
  • Data destruction and IT asset disposal specialists
  • Recyclers of appliances like refrigerators and air conditioners
  • Recyclers serving government offices and institutions

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your authorisation papers are being renewed and you cannot state them, so the first page a buyer checks would be left blank
  • You have no one to read the enquiry forms, so submissions would sit unseen while the buyer rings a competitor
  • You have no photographs or description of your process that you are willing to publish, so the process page would have nothing true to show

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we state our registrations on the site?
State what you hold and what you handle, as written in your own papers, and keep them current. We describe it and you confirm each line is accurate.
How large should the site be?
As large as the buyers' questions need: authorisation, process, materials, places and forms. We add pages when your enquiry sheet shows a question without an answer.
Should the website show prices?
Show how a quote is built and leave figures off. Grade, count and weight decide the number, and a published rate invites comparison with dealers who buy scrap by weight. A page on pricing method helps the buyer read your quote without exposing a rate.
Who updates the site when our authorisation changes?
Name one person on your side, and give them a short list of pages that mention the authorisation. A wrong statement on a buyer's first page costs more than a missing one, so change it the same day the papers change.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
