Furniture rental · Social media

Post the room after delivery, not the catalogue, and let tenants see what they get.

Social media marketing for furniture rental is the use of Instagram, Facebook and community groups to show finished rooms, answer plan questions and stay known in a city of movers. GullySales works on what you post, how you reply and where your posts reach the right localities.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For furniture rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A bare flat and a furnished flat photograph differently”

A before and after of one room tells the story in a single frame. A grid of studio sofa shots does not, because the viewer cannot picture the piece in a rented flat like theirs.

  • “Groups are where tenants ask”

Residents post in building and locality groups asking who rents beds. A firm that replies helpfully, once, with a plan and a price range, is remembered. Repeated promotional posts get the member removed.

  • “Customers do not follow rental pages”

Nobody follows a furniture rental account for fun. The page works as a proof wall visited from a search or a broker's link, so the highlights, plans and recent deliveries need to be easy to find.

  • “Staff photos are the best raw material”

Delivery teams stand in the room at the moment it looks finished. A simple routine for taking and sending photographs beats a studio shoot that never happens.

What we do

What we deliver for furniture rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Delivery photo routine

A short guide for the delivery team on angles, light and consent, with a single place to send the pictures.

Result: Each delivery produces photographs ready to review.

  2. Highlights built for questions

Instagram highlights for plans, deposit, delivery areas, corporate setups and room examples.

Result: A visitor finds the deposit answer in two taps.

  3. Post formats that repeat

A few formats such as room reveal, plan explained and item close-up, so planning a post does not start from nothing.

Result: You hold a calendar of formats, not a blank page.

  4. Group reply guide

Wording for answering tenant questions in locality groups without sounding like an advertisement, plus a note on each group's rules.

Result: The team replies in one tone and follows each group's rules.

  5. Local ad audiences

Paid posts aimed at localities near tech parks and colleges, in the weeks tenants search.

Result: Ads reach named localities, and enquiries are tagged by source.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Posts to plan

Plan posts that let a tenant picture the furniture in a flat like theirs.

Room reveal from bare to furnished
A before and after in one frame. Needs the customer's consent and no personal items in the picture.
Plan explained
A post on what a plan includes and how the deposit is handled. Needs the plan table written first.
Item close-up in the room
Fabric and finish photographed in place, so a tenant can judge condition before asking.
Reply in a locality group
One helpful comment with a plan and a price range, kept within the group's own rules.
Furnished PG room or guest flat
A bulk setup shown after delivery. Needs the operator's agreement to show the premises.
Delivery team at work
The crew fitting a wardrobe in a flat with a narrow staircase, showing the care taken.

Who it is for

This is written for these furniture rental.

  • Furniture rental for individuals and bachelors on fixed-term plans
  • Home furniture rental for families and expats
  • Furniture rental for IT employees and relocating staff
  • Furniture rental for PG, hostel and co-living operators
  • Corporate furniture rental for guest houses and project teams
  • Home staging furniture for builders and brokers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your delivery team will not photograph rooms, so the feed would rest on studio shots tenants cannot picture.
  • You plan to post promotions in resident groups whose rules forbid them, which risks removal.
  • Nobody is free to answer the comments and messages that the posts bring.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm audience, platforms and access

We note which platforms your buyers use and check that the pages sit under your own business accounts, with you as owner and us as added roles.

  2. 2

    Review the current presence

We read the existing pages, the posts that drew replies and the gaps in posting.

  3. 3

    Build the calendar

Themes, formats and dates are set out for your approval, with space for offers and news.

  4. 4

    Create, approve and publish

Posts are made, approved by you and scheduled. Replies to the public are handled in your voice.

  5. 5

    Record enquiries and adjust

Enquiries are logged against the post or platform where they began, and the mix changes to follow what brings them.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to post every day?
No. A smaller number of posts that show real rooms and answer real questions serves a rental firm better than daily filler. Choose a rhythm your team can hold without cutting corners on photographs.
Can we use customer photos?
Only with the customer's clear consent, given before you post, and with personal items and documents out of the frame. Ask during delivery and note the answer.
Can we show a customer's home in a post?
Only with the customer's agreement, and keep names, documents and family photographs out of the frame. A before and after post works because it shows a real room, so ask during delivery and note the consent in the record.
Which social platform matters most for a rental firm?
Instagram for room photographs, with WhatsApp for the enquiry and resident groups where tenants ask for recommendations. Tenants search first and visit your page later, so choose the platform your delivery team can keep photographed and answered.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
