Healthcare franchise networks · Social media

Post about the centre and the condition in plain words, and keep patients out of the frame.

Social media marketing for a healthcare franchise network is the content posted on the brand's and the centres' accounts for patients and for prospective clinic partners. GullySales plans posts that explain services and general health topics within the limits your advisers set.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For healthcare franchise networks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A centre account can say what the network would not”

Each centre posting for itself may run an offer, share a patient photograph or praise an outcome. One post that breaks a council rule then reflects on the whole brand and on the doctor named in it.

  • “Patients and partners follow for different reasons”

A resident follows for timings, camps and general advice. A clinician follows to see how the network behaves. One feed that mixes both confuses each reader, so the two need separate posts or accounts.

  • “Awareness posts need a clear edge”

A post about back care in general terms informs. The same post with a before-and-after story or a promise of relief is advertising a result. The line is a drafting question, and the copy has to be checked before it goes up.

  • “Comments and messages carry patient details”

A patient who comments with symptoms or a phone number expects an answer. A public reply must not confirm anything about the person, so a routine moves such comments to a private channel.

What we do

What we deliver for healthcare franchise networks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting guide for head office and centres

What each account may post, what needs approval, and who approves, written for staff and reviewed by your adviser.

Result: One guide every centre account holder has read.

  2. A content calendar of general-education posts

Topics drawn from the network's specialities, written in plain words with no treatment claims.

Result: A calendar of posts ready for adviser review.

  3. Centre opening and camp announcements

Post formats for a new centre, a health camp or a change of timings.

Result: Reusable formats with the details left blank.

  4. A comment and message routine

Steps for moving a patient's question from the public comment to a private reply.

Result: A routine that keeps patient details off public posts.

  5. A partner-facing page and post set

Posts for clinicians on how the network works and what support it offers, with no income claims.

Result: A set of partner posts kept apart from the patient feed.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Posts and pieces to plan

Posts a clinic network can run without crossing the line on advertising.

New centre opening in [locality]
A photo of the building, timings and doctors as registered. The proof is the address and a clear signboard, with no offer attached.
Health camp announcement
Date, venue and what the camp covers in general terms. Needs the centre manager's approval and the camp permission where required.
What to bring to a first physiotherapy visit
A short graphic on previous papers and comfortable clothing. Plain information, with no claim of recovery.
Meet the doctor, in their words
A video where the doctor describes their speciality and registration. Needs the doctor's consent and a check against their own council's rules.
Change in timings or a visiting specialist
A post with the centre, day and doctor named. Proof is the profile updated on the same day.
Join the network: a clinician's questions answered
A partner-facing post on equipment and training, kept off the patient feed and free of income claims.

Who it is for

This is written for these healthcare franchise networks.

  • Multi-speciality polyclinic networks
  • Dental clinic franchise chains
  • Eye care and optical clinic networks
  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic brands
  • Skin, hair and aesthetic clinic networks
  • Women's health and fertility centre networks
  • Dialysis, day-care and ambulatory centre brands
  • Ayurveda and wellness clinic networks

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Centre accounts post their own offers and patient photographs, and head office has no approval step yet.
  • No one has been named to move patient comments into a private channel, so replies would expose details in public.
  • You expect posts to carry before-and-after stories, which medical advertising rules do not allow.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm audience, platforms and access

We note which platforms your buyers use and check that the pages sit under your own business accounts, with you as owner and us as added roles.

  2. 2

    Review the current presence

We read the existing pages, the posts that drew replies and the gaps in posting.

  3. 3

    Build the calendar

Themes, formats and dates are set out for your approval, with space for offers and news.

  4. 4

    Create, approve and publish

Posts are made, approved by you and scheduled. Replies to the public are handled in your voice.

  5. 5

    Record enquiries and adjust

Enquiries are logged against the post or platform where they began, and the mix changes to follow what brings them.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can a doctor appear in posts?
That depends on council rules and the doctor's consent. We follow the policy your own adviser approves, and we do not post a doctor's photograph or name without it.
Do you run paid social ads?
We can plan them, and each platform has current rules on health content, so check the platform's current rules and your adviser's guidance before any ad runs.
Can a doctor appear in a post?
Yes, with their agreement, using their registered name and qualifications as held. Rules on doctors in advertising differ by profession and state, so the doctor should check with their own council. Do not show patients or imply an outcome.
Should the patient and partner posts be on separate accounts?
A separate partner page keeps each reader's feed clear, and a clinician can judge how the network behaves without scrolling through camp posters. If a single account is kept, label partner posts clearly and apply the same claims rule to both kinds of post.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
