Marble mining companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to send a lot, its sizes and a reply to the buyer who asked.

WhatsApp marketing for a marble mine is the use of WhatsApp to answer enquiries, share lot photographs and sizes, and tell known buyers when a new bench opens. GullySales works on the messages, the contact list and the rules for who replies.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For marble mining companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Marble trade already runs on WhatsApp”

Traders and processors send photographs of blocks to each other all day. A mine that answers on the same channel, with clear pictures and sizes, sits where the buyer already looks.

  • “A photograph without sizes starts a long chat”

A buyer sent a set of pictures asks for the size of each, then the rate, then the bench. A message that carries the lot name, the block sizes, the veining note and the visit contact answers that in one go.

  • “Consent and the platform's rules matter”

Sending the same promotion to a list of numbers that never asked for it is a mistake. Add only buyers who have dealt with you or asked, let them leave easily and check the platform's current rules before using any bulk tool.

  • “One phone tied to one person is a risk”

If the messages live on the manager's personal phone, a lost handset or a change of job loses the buyer list. The business number and the shared handling need to be set up deliberately.

What we do

What we deliver for marble mining companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and a shared handler

A WhatsApp Business account set up with a profile, hours and a named person who replies.

Result: The mine has one number that does not depend on one person.

  2. A lot message format

A fixed layout for a lot: name, photograph, sizes, veining note, rate basis and visit contact.

Result: Each lot is sent in the same readable form.

  3. A buyer list built on consent

A list of buyers who have dealt with you or agreed to hear about new benches, with a plain way to opt out.

Result: Messages go only to buyers who agreed to receive them.

  4. Saved replies for common questions

Saved replies for sizes, visit directions and deposit basis, written in the mine's voice.

Result: Common questions are answered the same way each time.

  5. New-bench announcement messages

A short message and photograph set sent to buyers who took similar stone.

Result: The buyers of the last bench hear of the next first.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Set a format for the lot message so every photograph carries its sizes.

Lot message
One photograph in daylight, the stone name, bench, block dimensions and count, and a reply line. It avoids a long chat of questions about size.
Reserved or sold update
Tell a buyer who asked about a lot when it is reserved or gone. Silence leaves them planning a trip for stone that is not there.
New bench announcement
Send to buyers who agreed to receive messages, with the stone name and a link to the lot page. Record the date each buyer agreed.
Directions for the visit
A location pin to the yard gate, the time the supervisor is present and the safety gear to bring. It saves the driver a call from the road.
Cutting feedback request
Ask a processor how the block cut, with a photograph if they have one. Their answer goes into the lot notes.

Who it is for

This is written for these marble mining companies.

  • White marble mines
  • Beige and cream marble mines
  • Coloured and veined marble mines
  • Large-block sellers for carving and temple work
  • Suppliers to tile and slab processors
  • Sellers who work through traders
  • Operators with an attached processing unit
  • Mines offering marble waste and slurry for secondary use

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The only number is the owner's personal phone, and no one else can reply when the owner is in the mine.
  • You have not collected any buyer's agreement to receive messages, and a broadcast would get you blocked.
  • The lots have not been measured, so every message would lack the sizes a buyer asks for first.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to all our contacts?
Only to those who asked or have dealt with you, and who can opt out. Check the platform's current rules before using a broadcast tool. We help set up the list and the wording.
Should WhatsApp replace the phone call?
No. A call settles a rate and a visit. WhatsApp carries the photographs, sizes and the written record that supports the call.
Should we send photographs of the whole yard to a buyer?
Send the lot the buyer asked about and one wider shot for scale. A buyer scrolling through the whole yard cannot judge any single block, and shots with other buyers' reserved stone raise questions. Mark each photograph with the bench and date.
What goes wrong when one person's phone carries the whole account?
The buyer relationship leaves with the phone. A business number with two people able to reply keeps messages answered when the owner is underground or travelling. Save the saved replies and lot formats in the shared account so a new handler can continue.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
