Metal ore mining companies · Digital marketing

Build one online presence that a plant's purchase team can check in minutes.

Digital marketing for a metal ore mine joins the site, search, LinkedIn, mail and WhatsApp into one way of being found and checked by plant buyers. GullySales works on how these pieces use the same grade sheet and enquiry record, so a buyer meets one mine, not five different descriptions.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For metal ore mining companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers check a mine online before calling”

A purchase head who has heard the mine's name looks it up. What turns up decides whether a call is made. A coherent site, a company page and a grade sheet tell the buyer the mine is organised.

  • “Channels should repeat the same facts”

If the site gives one moisture range and the stock note another, the buyer notices. A single grade sheet that feeds every channel stops the mine from contradicting itself.

  • “Paid advertising suits only a few uses”

Ore is bought by a short list of plants, so broad paid campaigns reach the wrong people. Paid placement is worth considering only for a narrow search term, a particular ore or a conference, and only when the landing page is ready.

  • “Measurement is about plants, not clicks”

Visits and likes say little. The record that matters shows which plants wrote, which asked for a sample and which took a lot. Digital activity is judged against that record.

What we do

What we deliver for metal ore mining companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan for the mine

A short plan stating which channels the mine uses, for which buyers, and who runs each one.

Result: Each channel has a purpose and an owner.

  2. Shared grade sheet as the source

One sheet that all channels draw on for assay, size, moisture and loading facts.

Result: The same figures appear on the site, in decks and in notes.

  3. Landing page for enquiries

A page for each ore that takes the buyer from a search or a note to a form asking for plant, quantity and destination.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the facts the mine needs.

  4. Enquiry source tracking

A way to record whether each enquiry came from search, LinkedIn, mail, WhatsApp or an event.

Result: You can see which channel brought which plant.

  5. Plain reading of results

A short reading of plants reached, enquiries received and lots sold, against the activity run.

Result: The owner reads results in terms of plants and tonnes.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Channels and what each finds

The channel that suits each buyer of ore.

Search on mineral and grade
Finds the purchase team that types iron ore fines or manganese ore supplier. Needs a page for each ore and grade.
LinkedIn for raw-material heads
Reaches named heads at steel, ferroalloy and smelter plants. The note carries a grade sheet and not a pitch.
Directory listings
Bring traders and small plants. Keep the listing only if the form asks for plant name and end use.
WhatsApp for plants that have asked
Carries the stock note and the sample update to buyers who agreed to hear from you.
Industry events and association contacts
Turn a business card into a record with the grade the person buys, so the follow-up names it.

Who it is for

This is written for these metal ore mining companies.

  • Iron ore mines selling lumps, fines and pellet-grade ore
  • Manganese ore mines supplying ferroalloy and steel plants
  • Chromite mines supplying ferrochrome producers
  • Bauxite mines supplying alumina and aluminium plants
  • Copper, lead and zinc ore producers selling concentrate
  • Mine lessees selling through contracts or e-auctions
  • Beneficiation and washing plant operators at the mine
  • Captive mine owners with surplus ore to sell

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your ore is committed ahead and no new buyer could be served, so more reach would produce answers you have to decline.
  • Your grade sheet is not settled, and each channel would carry a different version of it.
  • You want an instant result from paid ads, and ore buyers do not buy that way, so spending on clicks would not match how a plant decides.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need all the channels?
No. Start with the ones your buyers use, which for a mine means a clear site, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and add others when the enquiry record shows a reason.
Is paid advertising worth trying?
For a narrow need, such as one ore or one event, it can be tested. We would set the page and the measure first, and spend only where plant enquiries are the aim.
How do we know it is working?
By reading the enquiry record: new plants, samples requested and lots sold. We do not promise outcomes, and clicks alone are not a result.
Are plants reachable online at all?
Yes, because the raw-material head and the lab check a supplier online before taking a call. They read the mine's pages and profiles. If those carry grade, size and loading, the plant knows whether to ask for a sample.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
