Pollution control equipment suppliers · Digital marketing

Join search, pages, marketplace listings and calls into one path from notice to order.

Digital marketing for a pollution control equipment supplier covers the website, search, paid advertising, marketplace listings and outreach that bring plant heads and specifiers to your team. GullySales works on how these parts connect, so that an enquiry from any of them reaches the same record and the same follow-up.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For pollution control equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel reaches a different buyer”

A plant under notice uses search, a consultant uses a contact list, a purchase officer uses a marketplace. One channel alone misses two of the three.

  • “Paid search suits urgent equipment searches”

A plant looking for a fume scrubber this week clicks on an advertisement for the exact system. The advertisement needs a page that answers the process and not the home page.

  • “Marketplace enquiries need sorting”

Listings on platforms such as IndiaMART bring standard item requests and unqualified calls. Without a record of what each becomes, the cost of the listing is hard to judge.

  • “Outreach to specifiers is slow and needs patience”

A consultant adds a supplier to a list after seeing drawings and references more than once. Outreach is a series of useful sends, not a single mailer.

What we do

What we deliver for pollution control equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

Search, paid search, marketplace, outreach and referrals mapped to plant head, EHS, purchase and consultant.

Result: Each channel has a buyer and a purpose.

  2. Landing pages for paid search

One page for each system, matching the advertisement and carrying a clear enquiry form.

Result: Clicks arrive on a page about their problem.

  3. Marketplace listing review

A review of each listing and a record of what each enquiry became.

Result: You see which listings produce quotations.

  4. Specifier outreach series

A set of useful sends to consultants and EPC firms, with a log of replies.

Result: You know who has responded.

  5. One enquiry sheet for all channels

Each enquiry tagged with its source and followed to quotation and order.

Result: Spend can be compared with orders, channel by channel.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Link each search and listing a plant uses to the page that answers it.

dust collector manufacturer
A paid search page with the systems you make, the industries served and a form asking about the process and airflow.
emission control equipment supplier near me
A locality page showing the plants you have served in the area, without naming them, and a route to a site visit.
scrubber for chemical plant
A solution page for fume treatment with the process questions an EHS manager asks first.
IndiaMART dust collector listing
A reviewed marketplace listing that carries the process detail and sends the buyer to the same enquiry form.
consultant list for pollution control equipment
A specifier outreach message with a link to a technical pack for consultants and EPC firms.

Who it is for

This is written for these pollution control equipment suppliers.

  • Bag filter, dust collector and cyclone manufacturers
  • Wet scrubber and fume absorption system makers
  • Electrostatic precipitator suppliers and refurbishers
  • Fume extraction and local exhaust ventilation specialists
  • Continuous stack monitoring and emission analyser suppliers
  • Odour control and VOC treatment system suppliers
  • Dust suppression, fogging and mist cannon suppliers
  • Spare part and filter media suppliers for installed plants

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your team cannot respond to marketplace enquiries within the working day, so paying for more of them would add to the unanswered pile.
  • You have no process-specific pages yet, and paid search would send plants to a page that does not match what they typed.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start?
With the pages and the enquiry record, because every channel depends on them. Advertising sent to a weak page wastes money, so we repair the page first.
Is paid advertising worth it for us?
It can suit urgent searches for standard systems. Whether it pays depends on your order values and close rate, which the enquiry sheet shows. We do not promise a return.
Do we need all channels?
No. We start with the two or three your buyers use and add others when the record shows a gap.
How do we judge which channel is worth keeping?
Count enquiries that reached a quotation, not clicks. Plant buyers browse on several channels before asking, so the first source can mislead. Ask in the first call how they found you, record it, and compare channels by orders won.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
