Pollution control equipment suppliers · WhatsApp marketing

Take the drawing and the photograph to the plant on the app it already uses.

WhatsApp marketing for a pollution control equipment supplier is the use of the app for enquiries, site photographs, drawings and service reminders with plant staff who already work on it. GullySales works on the first reply, the messages that follow and the record of each conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For pollution control equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Plant staff send photographs, not emails”

A manager shares a picture of the furnace hood or a stack reading on the app. A supplier who can answer on the same thread, with a sketch or a question, moves the enquiry forward.

  • “Personal numbers hide the history”

When a salesperson holds the conversation on a personal phone, the plant's details leave with them. A shared business number with the thread saved keeps the history with the company.

  • “Drawings need a version trail”

A drawing sent on a chat with no date can be mistaken for an older one. Naming each file with the quotation and revision avoids the mismatch.

  • “Service reminders are welcome messages”

A note that the bag replacement is due, sent to the maintenance contact, is read. A broadcast about unrelated products is not.

What we do

What we deliver for pollution control equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and greeting

A WhatsApp Business profile with the company name, systems supplied and a first reply asking about the process.

Result: A new enquiry gets a clear first reply.

  2. Question sequence for first contact

A short set of messages that collects process, airflow, material and location.

Result: Enquiries reach the engineer with sizing details.

  3. File naming for drawings

A rule linking each file to the quotation and revision.

Result: Plants receive the right version.

  4. Service reminder messages

Short messages for bag replacement and service visits, sent to contacts who agreed.

Result: Maintenance contacts hear from you at the right time.

  5. Conversation record

Chats noted in the enquiry sheet with the source and next step.

Result: No plant history sits only on one phone.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Use WhatsApp to collect plant photographs and send drawings with a clear trail.

A photograph of the emission point
Ask the plant to send one from the source, the duct and the existing unit. It saves a first site visit for a simple job.
Process in one line
Ask what runs through the line. The reply tells the engineer which system to discuss before any price.
Drawing sent with its revision
Name the file with the plant and revision, and send it from the business number. The buyer can see which version is current.
Site visit confirmation
Send the date, the engineer's name and what the plant should have ready, such as access to the roof and a person to guide.
Filter change reminder
A message to an installed plant before a media change is due, with the sizes on record. It makes the reorder simple.

Who it is for

This is written for these pollution control equipment suppliers.

  • Bag filter, dust collector and cyclone manufacturers
  • Wet scrubber and fume absorption system makers
  • Electrostatic precipitator suppliers and refurbishers
  • Fume extraction and local exhaust ventilation specialists
  • Continuous stack monitoring and emission analyser suppliers
  • Odour control and VOC treatment system suppliers
  • Dust suppression, fogging and mist cannon suppliers
  • Spare part and filter media suppliers for installed plants

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Engineers use personal phones with no handover, so a business number would only move the history from one pocket to another.
  • The plant's purchase team accepts nothing but formal paper, and a chat thread would not count as an offer.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send promotional broadcasts?
Only to contacts who agreed to receive them, and with care for the platform's current rules. We keep broadcasts to useful updates such as service reminders.
Should engineers use their own phones?
A shared business number with a named person on each thread is safer. If engineers do use their phones, the key details are copied to the record the same day.
Does WhatsApp replace the formal quotation?
No. It carries questions, photographs and drawings. The quotation still goes as a formal document so purchase has a record.
Is it safe to send drawings over WhatsApp?
For quotations, yes, if you send from the business number and keep the original in your own folder. A chat suits the engineer, but it is not the formal record. Send the signed quotation by email as well so purchase has a document to file.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
