Preschool franchises · Local SEO

Show up on the map for the few lanes a toddler can be driven through.

Local SEO for a preschool franchise is the contest for the handful of map results a parent sees when searching near home. GullySales works on each centre's listing, photographs, categories and reviews so the nearest centre is the one shown.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For preschool franchises

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The school run sets the radius”

A parent will not cross a flyover with a three-year-old every morning. The centre competes only with the play schools along the route home or to work, so the listing's service area should follow those roads.

  • “Stock photographs lose to a real doorway”

Parents scan listings for the entrance, the classroom and the play area. A brand banner tells them nothing about this centre. A photograph of the gate with the board, taken on a working day with no child in frame, tells them where to arrive.

  • “A few reviews decide the whole impression”

A new centre may show only a handful of ratings. One angry review moves the average far more than it would for an old school. Calm, public replies matter to the parent reading, not only to the reviewer.

  • “Franchise names collide on the map”

Several centres sharing a brand name can confuse the search engine and the parent. Each needs its own verified profile, locality in the title where the platform allows it, and a correct phone number that someone answers.

What we do

What we deliver for preschool franchises.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified profile for every centre

Each centre claimed under its own name, address and phone, with timings and the age groups served.

Result: Searching the centre's name shows its own listing and nobody else's.

  2. A real-premises photo set

Entrance with board, one classroom, play area and the drop-off point, taken without children in frame.

Result: A parent can recognise the gate from the listing.

  3. Questions and answers on the listing

Replies to what parents ask: age cut-off, fee enquiry route, pick-up timings and visit booking.

Result: The common questions are answered before a call is made.

  4. A review request and reply routine

A script for asking contented parents and a calm template for complaints.

Result: Every review on the profile has a reply from the owner.

  5. A society and locality list

Nearby housing societies and landmarks noted in the profile description in plain words.

Result: The listing mentions the places parents already know.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Profile details to fill

Fill the centre profile with what a parent checks before a tour.

Entrance and gate photograph
The gate, the signboard and the lane approach as seen from the road. A parent doing a first drive wants to recognise the place.
Classroom and play area photographs
Real rooms without children in frame, showing floor, furniture and outdoor space. Safety and cleanliness are what a parent looks for.
Hours for admission and tours
List the hours the office answers and the days tours run. A parent reading the profile after work needs to know when to call.
Age groups admitted
Enter the age bands in the description so a parent of a toddler and a parent of a four-year-old see whether the centre fits.
Question and answer entries
Seed with the questions the counsellor hears, such as pick-up arrangements, food and visiting a classroom, answered plainly.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschool franchises.

  • Play school and nursery brands
  • Montessori-based preschool franchises
  • Preschool brands run from a home or a villa
  • Preschool wings opened inside existing schools
  • Daycare and early-learning combined brands
  • Brands with franchise rights for a city or district
  • Preschool brands in apartment complexes and gated communities
  • International early-learning methods sold through franchise

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your centre address is not yet confirmed or approved, and a listing would send parents to a place that is not open
  • Your franchise agreement forbids centres from editing the listing, and the owner has no access to correct it

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can the franchisor manage all listings?
It can, but each centre owner should keep access to their own. Agree who edits what in writing, and check the platform's current rules on multi-location accounts.
Can we ask parents for reviews?
Yes, ask parents who are happy to share one, and never offer a payment or gift for it. Check the platform's current rules, and take any education advertising question to your own adviser.
A parent has left a complaint about a teacher. How should the centre reply?
Reply in public with a short, calm line inviting the parent to speak with the head, and take the detail offline. Do not name the child or the teacher. Review the matter inside the centre and keep a note of what was said.
Can we show children on the profile photographs?
Avoid it. Show rooms, toys and outdoor areas, and use staff photographs only with the staff member's consent. A photograph of identifiable children needs written consent from each parent, and many parents prefer that profiles do not carry any.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
