Preschool franchises · Website

Give the parent a centre page and the candidate an honest franchise page.

A website for a preschool franchise is the brand's home for franchise enquiries and each centre's page for parents. GullySales plans the structure, the wording and the forms so a parent can book a tour and a candidate can read the real requirements.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For preschool franchises

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first-time visitor is on a phone”

A parent opens the page one-handed during a commute. A heavy site, tiny text or a form with long fields to fill loses them. The tour request should be a short form or a call button that works at the first tap.

  • “A brand site hides the centre”

Parents want an address, a gate photograph, timings and a name to ask for. If the page leads with a national slogan and a franchise form, the parent leaves before finding the local centre.

  • “The owner page has to answer the awkward questions”

Space needed, staff, training, fees and how the first year of admissions goes: a page that avoids these invites suspicion. The candidate who finds straight answers is the one who calls.

  • “Safety and approvals need a visible place”

Parents look for cleanliness, staff conduct and whether the centre is registered. State what the centre holds, as the owner confirms it, and tell the owner to check requirements with the local authority and their own adviser.

What we do

What we deliver for preschool franchises.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map for brand, city and centre

A structure with a franchise section, city pages and a page for each centre.

Result: Each visitor can find their page in two taps.

  2. A centre page template

Address, map, timings, age groups, premises photographs, tour request and a contact that someone answers.

Result: A parent can book a visit from the page.

  3. A franchise page that states requirements

Space, staff, training and support, written plainly, with the enquiry form below them.

Result: The candidate knows the requirements before asking.

  4. Forms that reach the right person

Parent forms to the centre, owner forms to the brand, with a confirmation that names who will call.

Result: No enquiry lands in a shared inbox nobody reads.

  5. Page speed and mobile checks

A review of loading, layout and tap targets on ordinary phones.

Result: The page works on the phone a parent actually holds.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Give each page a job that answers a parent's or a prospective owner's check.

Our centre
Address, entrance photograph, classroom and play-area photographs and the age groups admitted. A parent decides here whether to book a tour.
A day at the centre
The timetable in simple words and the routines for arrival and pick-up, written by the head and consistent with the brand's material.
Safety and approvals
Where the centre states its building and safety arrangements, as the head confirms them, with no claim of a registration the centre cannot show.
Book a tour
A short form asking the child's age band, the start month and the preferred time, reaching the counsellor and not a general inbox.
Open a preschool with us
A franchise page for prospective owners: space, investment as the franchisor allows, support and a form that asks for the city and property.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschool franchises.

  • Play school and nursery brands
  • Montessori-based preschool franchises
  • Preschool brands run from a home or a villa
  • Preschool wings opened inside existing schools
  • Daycare and early-learning combined brands
  • Brands with franchise rights for a city or district
  • Preschool brands in apartment complexes and gated communities
  • International early-learning methods sold through franchise

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your premises have no photographs fit to publish, and a site with stock images would not persuade a parent
  • The franchisor controls every page and the centre cannot add its own address or hours

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does each centre need its own website?
Not necessarily. A page for each centre under the brand site may be enough, with its own address and photographs. Agree with the franchisor who maintains it.
Can we show fee amounts online?
Only those the franchisor has approved. Fees are better given in the reply to a tour request than as a number that changes by centre. Check your own agreement for what may be published.
Can the site carry the franchisor's registration or approval details?
Only as the franchisor and the centre can show in writing, and worded exactly as the documents say. Do not imply an approval the centre lacks. Rules on registration differ by state, so check with your own adviser before publishing any statement.
Should the site show photographs of the children?
Avoid them. Show rooms, materials and staff who have agreed. Identifiable images of children need written consent from each parent and carry a risk if the family later withdraws. Parents feel safer when the page respects children's privacy.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
