Security services companies · Local SEO

Appear in the belts where your supervisors can actually reach a site.

Local SEO for a security agency is about the areas where you can post guards and supervise them properly, not the distance to your office. GullySales sets the service areas honestly, completes the profile with your site types and licence details, and stops job calls swamping the listing.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For security services companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your office address is not where the work is”

A pin on a first-floor office tells a facility manager nothing useful. The list of areas you can cover at two in the morning tells them everything.

  • “Supervision reach is the honest boundary”

If your supervisor cannot get to a site on a night round, that area does not belong in your coverage. Overreaching is how agencies lose a contract in month three.

  • “The listing rings all day with applicants”

Guards search for agencies near them and ring the number on the map. The profile has to point them somewhere else without losing them.

  • “A buyer checks the licence on the profile”

The buyer is confirming you are licensed where the site is before calling. What may be shown there is for the issuing authority and your adviser to settle.

What we do

What we deliver for security services companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Service areas set by supervision reach

The cities, industrial belts and localities your supervisors actually cover at night, listed on the profile instead of a whole state.

Result: Enquiries come from sites you can genuinely service.

  2. A profile built for a facility manager

Categories, the site types you cover, licence details as confirmed by your adviser, and the hours the office answers.

Result: A buyer can shortlist you from the listing alone.

  3. A careers route for applicants

A recruitment number and a posted note on the profile telling guards where to apply, so the sales line stays clear.

Result: Applicants are handled without blocking a buyer's call.

  4. Photographs of uniformed staff and the control room

Real pictures of your officers, supervisors and monitoring desk, taken with permission and without showing any client's premises.

Result: The listing looks like an operating agency.

  5. Directory entries matched to the profile

Name, address, phone, licence details and services made identical on IndiaMART, JustDial and older listings nobody has updated.

Result: A buyer checking two sources sees one consistent agency.

  6. Calls split into buyers and applicants

Every call from the profile logged as a quote request or a job enquiry, and reported against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You can see what the listing is really producing.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How a facility manager or society secretary finds a security agency, and what to fix first.

Primary category
Choose Security guard service for manned guarding and Security system supplier or CCTV installer if you also fit equipment. Do not choose Detective agency or Bodyguard service unless you really offer it.
Licence on the profile
Name the licence under the private security agencies law that applies in your state, and keep the licence copy ready to show. A facility manager checks this before a meeting, and a missing line costs the shortlisting.
Service area by supervision reach
Add the areas where a supervisor can reach within a normal shift. Honest edges mean reviews from sites you can actually serve, and enquiries you can quote for.
Applicants and buyers on the line
Job seekers will ring the number. Put a line about recruitment in the description with a separate number or walk-in time, so a buyer's call is not lost.
Photographs without client details
Show uniformed staff, the control room and training, with consent. Never show a client site's layout, gate, camera positions or a guard's face without permission. Names of clients need written consent.

Who it is for

This is written for these security services companies.

  • Manned guarding for corporate offices
  • Residential society and gated community security
  • Industrial and factory security
  • Retail and mall security
  • Event and venue security
  • CCTV and control room monitoring services
  • Cash and valuables escort services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your supervisors cannot reach the areas you would list, and a wide listing would bring enquiries you must refuse.
  • Applicants and buyers share one phone line and nobody sorts the calls, so more views would add noise.
  • Your licence details are out of date, and a profile that shows them would be checked and found wanting.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we list an office in every city we cover?
Only where somebody is actually sitting. A listing at an address you cannot answer risks the profile being removed. Use a service area and a page for that city instead, naming the operations person who runs it.
How do we keep job calls off the main line?
Put a recruitment number on the profile, in the description and on the website, and answer it. Guards who feel brushed off talk, and you need them as much as you need the contracts.
Should we show our client names on the profile?
Only with their written consent, and keep out any detail that shows how a site is guarded. Ask each client whether they are comfortable. A line such as residential societies and offices in these areas is usually enough, with references given on request.
A guard's behaviour was criticised in a review. How should we reply?
Reply with the facts you have checked: the site, the date, what the supervisor found and what changed. Do not name the guard. A prospect reads a clear, calm reply as proof that you supervise, so reply even when the complaint is unfair.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
