Security services companies · Website

Build the site so a facility manager can check you and forward you.

A website for a security agency is the place a facility manager or committee reads your licence details, site types and supervision before calling. GullySales designs it around the survey request, writes a page for each kind of site and keeps client premises out of every picture.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For security services companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking, not browsing”

A manager who lands on your site is confirming a name they were given. They look for the licence, the states covered and a reference, and they leave if those are buried in a brochure image.

  • “The page has to travel to someone else”

The first reader forwards the link to an administration head or committee. That second reader needs a clear profile that makes sense without a call from you.

  • “One enquiry form cannot serve every buyer”

A society, a factory and a wedding hall ask for different things. A form that requests the site, the posts and the shifts gets a quotable enquiry. A bare message box gets a vague one.

  • “Pictures can expose the client”

A photograph of a gate, a camera position or a roster board shows more than intended. The site should show uniforms, training and your own control room, with consent, and nothing of a client's premises.

What we do

What we deliver for security services companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that states site types and proof

What you guard, where you are licensed and what a buyer can check, in a first screen that reads without scrolling.

Result: A visitor knows within moments whether you fit their site.

  2. A page for each site type

Society, office, factory, mall, event and monitoring, each with the posts, supervision and records that kind of site needs.

Result: A buyer lands on a page written about their own premises.

  3. A survey request form

Fields for the site, number of posts, shift pattern and a preferred survey time, routed to a named person.

Result: An enquiry arrives with enough detail to quote.

  4. A licence and compliance page

Licence details as your adviser confirms them, registrations held and an outline of how wages and contributions are handled.

Result: The compliance reader finds the answer without asking.

  5. A downloadable company profile

A short document a manager can attach to an internal note, matching the website in name, licence details and services.

Result: Your profile travels inside the buyer's organisation.

  6. A technical repair list

Slow pages, unreadable text on phones, broken forms and missing headings fixed so the site works on a manager's laptop and phone.

Result: A well-written page is not held back by a small fault.

  7. Enquiries tracked by page

Which page each survey request came from, recorded against the baseline taken before work started.

Result: You see which site types your website is winning.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

These are the checks a facility manager makes on your site.

security agency for corporate offices
A site-type page describing posts, supervision and reporting for offices, written from your own work.
residential society security guards
A page for committees, covering gate procedure, visitor register and how a complaint about a guard is handled.
factory security services
A page for plants, covering shift cover, absence replacement and how you work with the plant's HR.
PSARA licensed agency
A compliance page listing only your own licence details as the document states them. Rules differ by state, so check with your adviser.
request a site survey
A short form asking site type, address, posts and a preferred day, so the visit starts from facts.
download company profile
A page with the approved profile as a file, so a facility manager can forward it to head office.

Who it is for

This is written for these security services companies.

  • Manned guarding for corporate offices
  • Residential society and gated community security
  • Industrial and factory security
  • Retail and mall security
  • Event and venue security
  • CCTV and control room monitoring services
  • Cash and valuables escort services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your licence or compliance papers cannot be shown, and a site without them would fail the first check.
  • You have no photographs you may use without a client's consent, and stock images would mislead.
  • Nobody can answer a survey request promptly, so the site would simply display a slow response.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website list our rates?
No. A rate depends on posts, shifts and wage rules in the state, and a printed figure invites comparison on the wrong basis. Explain how a quote is built and invite a survey, where the real number is set.
Do we need a separate site for CCTV monitoring?
Not a separate site. A separate page, yes, because a buyer who wants monitoring alone should reach a page that speaks to it. It sits within the same site under the same name and licence details.
Can we show our guards on the site?
Only with the written consent of each guard and nothing in the frame that identifies a client's premises. A training session at your own office is the safer picture and tells the buyer what they need to see.
Can the site list our sites and guards by name?
No. Naming sites or guards exposes duty detail and may breach client terms. Describe site types and supervision in general terms, and share named references privately, with the client's agreement, once a buyer is serious.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
