Sound and lighting rental companies · Digital marketing

Join search, Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp so a date enquiry never meets silence.

Digital marketing for a sound and lighting rental company is the combined work of search, Maps, social media, messaging and your website, pointed at the event buyers in your city. GullySales works on how these parts connect, so each one passes the enquiry to the next.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For sound and lighting rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parts have to meet”

A buyer sees an Instagram clip, searches your name, finds the Maps listing, then messages on WhatsApp. If each of these says something different about packages or contacts, the buyer is unsure. The pieces need one voice and one enquiry route.

  • “Season decides where effort goes”

Wedding months, fest terms and festival weeks call for different focus. Spending effort on a date you have already filled wastes it. The plan follows your stock calendar and pushes the dates still open.

  • “Paid ads suit some dates and not others”

Search ads for sangeet sound make sense before a busy stretch when you still have stock. During a full week they bring enquiries you will decline. Spend follows the availability sheet.

  • “Measurement means booked events”

Clicks and likes do not rent a speaker. The useful count is enquiries by source, quotes sent and events booked. Without a record tied to the source, no channel can be judged fairly.

What we do

What we deliver for sound and lighting rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan from your calendar

A plan that sets which channel carries which event type and which season, based on stock and crew.

Result: Each channel has a stated job.

  2. One set of package descriptions

The same package wording used on the site, Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Result: A buyer meets the same description wherever they look.

  3. Tagged enquiry routes

Every route to an enquiry is tagged so the source is recorded.

Result: You can read which route brought each booking.

  4. Search ads for open dates

Ad groups tied to event types, switched on when stock is open and off when it is not.

Result: Ads run only for dates you can supply.

  5. A review of booked events by source

A look at confirmed events against their sources, to decide where to add or reduce effort.

Result: Decisions on spend follow the booked-event record.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Searches across Maps, Instagram and the site that should end in the same enquiry.

[your company name] reviews and photos
A planner checks you by name. The profile, the Instagram page and the site should show the same address, phone and event photos.
sound system and lighting package for wedding
A package page and a pinned post showing the same rig list. A buyer who sees two different lists on two channels loses trust.
event sound rental open date this weekend
A small search ad run only for dates that are free, pointing to the enquiry form with the date field first.
DJ gear rental for one night
A short page for DJs, listing consoles and speakers on hire, collection hours and the deposit. It stops DJ callers landing on a wedding page.
concert sound supplier with generator
A page and a profile line for outdoor and concert work, with the crew, the power backup and the permits you coordinate.

Who it is for

This is written for these sound and lighting rental companies.

  • PA and line array sound rental houses
  • Stage and architectural lighting rental companies
  • DJ equipment and console rental firms
  • Sound, lighting and truss package providers for weddings
  • Concert and festival production rig suppliers
  • Corporate AV and conference sound suppliers
  • Church, temple and community hall sound hirers
  • Generator-backed outdoor event sound and light suppliers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your diary is full for the season, so spend on search ads for open dates would pay for calls you decline.
  • The phone and WhatsApp numbers on different channels are not the same, and more channels would multiply the confusion.
  • You cannot say which enquiry came from where, so the channel plan would not be read against bookings.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small rental firm start?
With Maps and the package pages, because a buyer looking for a supplier checks both. After that, WhatsApp handling and past-customer reminders. Ads and video come when the basics answer enquiries well.
Do we need an agency for every channel?
No. A small set of well-run channels suits a rental firm better than a spread of half-run ones. We help you choose the few that your crew can keep up.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
The booked-event record shows it. If enquiries from tagged sources are turning into confirmed bookings on the dates you want, the work is on track. We do not promise a number of leads.
Do search ads make sense in the peak wedding months?
Run them only for dates you still hold open and switch them off when the diary fills. Peak dates fill from planners and repeat buyers first, so spend on ads for a full month pays for calls you refuse. Check the platform's current ad rules before starting.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
