Vehicle rental · Website

Give the visitor real vehicles, plain terms and one clear way to ask for a booking.

A website for a vehicle rental business is the place where a customer checks the vehicle, the terms and the proof before they pay a deposit. GullySales plans and builds pages for each vehicle and trip, with the facts a booking depends on.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For vehicle rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A fleet list does not persuade”

Vehicle names and a number to call tell a visitor what you own, not why to trust it. Real photos, seating and what the rate covers do the persuading.

  • “The terms are hidden until the return”

Kilometre limits, fuel and driver allowance found only at handover cause the arguments that cost repeat business. Showing them on the page shifts that conversation to the booking.

  • “The page is read on a phone in a hurry”

A traveller at a station opens your site on a mobile connection, with luggage in one hand. Big photos, a tap-to-chat button and short text matter more than a clever design.

  • “There is no sign that anyone has hired from you”

A site with no reviews and no trip photos looks new, even if you have run for years. Recent reviews and permitted customer photos give the visitor something to rely on.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages for each vehicle and trip

A page per vehicle type and main trip, with real photos, seating, inclusions and extras.

Result: A visitor finds the page that matches the trip.

  2. A visible terms section

Kilometres, fuel, tolls, allowance, deposit and damage set out in plain words and linked from every rate.

Result: The rules are read before the booking.

  3. A tap-to-chat and call button

A fixed button on every page that opens WhatsApp with dates asked, beside a call option.

Result: A visitor can reach you from any page in one tap.

  4. A reviews and photos section

Recent customer reviews and permitted trip photos placed on the relevant pages.

Result: A new visitor sees evidence from earlier customers.

  5. Corporate and wedding pages

Separate pages for long-term staff transport, site rentals and event fleets, each written for that buyer.

Result: Companies and organisers find an arrangement that looks like theirs.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these vehicle rental.

  • Self-drive car and scooter rental near stations, airports and tourist areas
  • Chauffeur-driven car hire for outstation and airport trips
  • Tempo traveller and mini-bus operators for family trips, pilgrimages and weddings
  • Wedding and event car hire for guests and the couple
  • Monthly rentals and leases to companies for staff transport
  • Commercial vehicle and pickup hire for traders and contractors
  • Tourist and long-stay bike rental near travel hubs
  • Film, event and production unit vehicle supply

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your vehicle list changes every week and nobody can update the site, so it would offer vehicles you no longer have.
  • You cannot give a firm rate, so a rates page would always be wrong and would mislead callers.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment on the site?
Not at first. Some operators take the enquiry on the site and the deposit by transfer after confirming. We can add online payment later if your team wants it.
Can the site show live availability?
It can, if your team keeps a calendar up to date. A stale calendar harms trust, so we suggest it only when someone owns it.
Do we need a payment page on the website?
Not to start. A request form that leads to a confirmed hold and a deposit link is enough. Online payment needs a gateway and refund rules, so add it once your deposit terms are written and a person checks each booking.
Can the website show which vehicles are free on a date?
Only if the calendar is kept truthfully by the person confirming bookings. A stale availability display sends renters to a vehicle that is gone, so many small fleets use a date request form with a manual confirmation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
