Plumbing contractors · Digital marketing

Two businesses run out of one phone, and one budget.

Digital marketing for a plumbing contractor has to serve a repair van and a project contractor, which behave nothing alike. GullySales splits the plan and the money between them, moves spend with the rain, and reports calls, estimates and contracts together.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For plumbing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Tower work and repair work cannot share a page or a budget

One is bought in ten minutes by a frightened owner. The other is decided in a consultant's drawing weeks before a pipe is opened.

  • The spend moves with the weather

Seepage from the first heavy rain, tanks and pumps in the dry months, bathrooms before a festival. A flat monthly budget misses all three.

  • Every repair visit is a bathroom you never quoted for

Your man stands in an eighteen-year-old bathroom for an hour and leaves without anybody sending a renovation estimate.

What we do

What we deliver for plumbing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan that splits repair work from project work

Two audiences, two sets of pages and two budgets, run by the same team but with different promises and response times.

Result: Neither side is starved by the other.

  2. A month-by-month budget against the season

Spend planned around the monsoon, the dry months and the renovation weeks before festivals, instead of one flat figure.

Result: Money is there when the calls are.

  3. A renovation offer sent after every repair visit

A short message with photographs and a band, sent within two days of any repair in a bathroom over ten years old.

Result: Repair customers start asking about the whole bathroom.

  4. Builder, consultant and designer outreach on a schedule

Named contacts, a reason to call at each stage of a project, and a fixed number of visits every month.

Result: The project route stops depending on luck.

  5. Listings, reviews and the profile kept together

JustDial, Maps and Sulekha maintained as one set, with service areas and hours matching what the team can really do.

Result: One story everywhere a customer checks.

  6. One monthly report across both businesses

Calls, site visits, estimates sent and won, project enquiries and maintenance renewals, against the audit baseline.

Result: You can see which side is actually growing.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these plumbing contractors.

  • Plumbing contractors for apartment and villa projects

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for plumbing contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how many calls you miss, how estimates are followed up, and how much of your work comes from projects, repairs and contracts.

  2. 2

    Fix the emergency reply

A callback rule, a WhatsApp photo request and a shared job log, so urgent work is answered even when the team is on site.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

Problem pages, leak diagnosis reports, a project record and before-and-after bathroom photographs.

  4. 4

    Open the project route

Consultant, builder and designer outreach, alongside local search and seasonal ads for homeowners.

  5. 5

    Turn callers into contracts

A renovation offer after a repair, a maintenance proposal for associations and a review ask after every job.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which comes first, JustDial or Google?
The Google profile, because you keep the customer. JustDial brings volume on its own terms and often sells the same enquiry to others. Run the listing, then move repeat customers onto your own WhatsApp number.
We are five people. What can we actually run?
One locality on Maps, a callback routine that works, and one builder relationship worked properly. That is a real quarter of work. Any more and the estimates stop going out on time.
Should a plumbing contractor be on Urban Company or JustDial?
JustDial and Google bring direct calls you keep, while app platforms bring volume on their terms and pricing. Many contractors use both and work to move repeat customers onto their own WhatsApp number.
How do we get builders to invite us for project work?
Show them a documented tower you have done, with the test process and a reference they can call. Builders shortlist contractors who reduce their risk of leaks after handover.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
