Civil lawyers · Digital marketing

A civil practice needs a small set of digital routes that it can keep up, not a long list.

Digital marketing for a civil lawyer is the combined plan of website, search, map listing, messaging and content that lets the right person find and contact the chamber. GullySales chooses the routes that fit your matters and keeps the plan inside professional rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For civil lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel is offered, few are right”

Agencies pitch ads, reels and portals together. A chamber that tries all of them does none properly. The choice should follow which matters bring the best files and where those clients look.

  • “Paid promotion has professional limits”

Rules on advertising for advocates are strict and differ by profession and state. Paid campaigns that read as solicitation can create trouble, so the partner must decide what is permitted before spend begins.

  • “The website is the base for everything”

A search result, a map listing and a WhatsApp message all lead back to the chamber's page. If that page is thin or out of date, every other effort leaks.

  • “Results need the diary, not a dashboard”

Clicks and views say little about a legal practice. The measure that matters is which matters came, from which source, and whether the file was worth taking.

What we do

What we deliver for civil lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A written digital plan for the chamber

The routes chosen, the matters each serves and the work the chamber will do itself.

Result: The partner can see what is being done and why.

  2. A rules review with the partner

A list of what the chamber will and will not do online, agreed after checking the current position with your adviser.

Result: The plan stays within professional limits.

  3. The base set up properly

Website, map listing and messaging number linked and consistent.

Result: A client can find and reach the chamber the same way everywhere.

  4. An enquiry sheet tied to sources

Each enquiry tagged to the route it arrived by and the matter.

Result: You know which routes bring files.

  5. A review of the plan with the partner

A discussion of what the sheet shows and what to drop or add.

    Result: Effort follows evidence.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we run ads?
That is the partner's decision after checking the rules. GullySales does not run touting campaigns. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own Bar Council or adviser before anything goes live.
What should we start with?
Start with the website and map listing, because every other route depends on them. Then add content and messaging for the matters you want more of.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
