Labour law consultants · Search engine optimisation

Appear when an owner searches the heading printed on the notice.

SEO for a labour law consultant means writing the pages an employer finds when they search for a notice, a register or a licence by its name. GullySales works on those pages, their structure and the plain wording that matches how owners type.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For labour law consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners search the paper in their hand”

The query is the heading on the notice, the name of the form or the register an inspector asked for. It is rarely the word consultant. Pages titled after the Act alone miss that search, while pages titled after the document match it.

  • “Rules differ by state and the page should say so”

A page stating one position for the whole country is wrong somewhere. Name the state where it matters, tell the reader to confirm the current position and keep dates and rates off pages you cannot keep current.

  • “The labour codes and the older Acts are searched side by side”

Employers still use the older Acts by name while the codes are in the news. A reader may type either. Use the name the owner uses, explain in plain terms where the codes fit and claim nothing about what applies in a given state.

  • “A comparison search is a shortlist”

An HR head comparing consultants looks for proof of the establishments you serve and the registers you work on. A profile page for each consultant gives that reader something to check before ringing.

What we do

What we deliver for labour law consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Notice and register pages

One page for each notice or register an owner may be asked for, titled in the words printed on the paper.

Result: Searching the heading from a notice returns a page you can point to.

  2. Rewritten titles and descriptions

New titles and descriptions for the pages you already have, built around what a searcher types.

Result: Each title makes sense read aloud without the Act's name.

  3. A state-aware wording note

A short standard line saying rules differ by state and the reader should confirm the current position.

Result: Every page carries the same note, placed where a reader sees it.

  4. Internal links between pages

Links from each notice page to the establishment page, the registers it concerns and the call request.

Result: A reader can move from a notice to the registers and on to your number.

  5. A consultant profile page

Qualifications, establishment types served and the registers you work on, written for an HR head comparing options.

Result: A comparing reader finds facts to check, not slogans.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should every labour Act get a page?
No. Write for the notices and registers your clients actually receive. A page on an Act you never advise on brings calls you pass on.
How do we keep pages from going stale?
Keep dates, rates and thresholds off the page and point to the issuing office. Each page is then about the document and how to read it, which changes less than the rules around it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
