Legal documentation firms · Website

A site for a documentation office is a set of document pages with a button to WhatsApp.

A website for a legal documentation firm is a small site with one page for each document, the office address and hours, and a clear way to send papers on WhatsApp. GullySales works on the page structure, the wording and the contact route so that a visitor knows what to bring and whom to message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For legal documentation firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A brochure site does not answer the question”

A home page with a mission statement and a services list gives a visitor nothing to act on. The person came to learn what a rent agreement needs and finds a paragraph about experience.

  • “The phone is the main screen”

Nearly every visitor arrives on a phone, while standing at a broker's desk. The site must load, show the number and the WhatsApp button at the top and keep the papers list readable without zooming.

  • “Trust is shown by specifics”

A visitor looks for the office address, a photograph of the door, the hours and the documents named plainly. Vague claims of expertise add nothing; a real address and a clear list do.

  • “Regulated claims are risky”

Words such as best, leading or guaranteed can breach professional rules and cannot be proved. The site states what the office prepares and how to reach it. Advertising rules differ by profession and by state, so check with your own council or adviser before anything goes live.

What we do

What we deliver for legal documentation firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each document

Rent agreement, sale deed, will, affidavit and other documents, each with papers to carry and next step.

Result: Each page ends with a contact route.

  2. A contact block on every page

Address, hours, map link, phone and WhatsApp at the top and bottom.

Result: The block is the same on every page.

  3. An about page that shows the office

Who runs the office, what it prepares and where it is, with real photographs.

Result: The page uses photographs of the real office.

  4. A fees note

A short page that explains what affects the cost and states that stamp duty and charges differ by state.

Result: The page contains no figures the office cannot confirm.

  5. A privacy and enquiry notice

Plain wording about what happens to papers sent through the site or chat.

Result: The notice names where files are held.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a custom website?
Not necessarily. A simple, well-built site with the right pages does the job. What matters is the page for each document and a contact route that is answered.
Should the site take payments online?
Only if your process and your adviser support it. For a small office the site's job is to start the conversation, and the fee is agreed once the papers are seen.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
