Legal technology companies · Digital marketing

Join search, content, email and demos into one path from question to paid seat.

Digital marketing for a legal technology company is the whole route a buyer takes online: finding a page, reading the security answer, trying the product and hearing back. GullySales works on how those steps connect, so that each channel hands a visitor to the next one with the context intact.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For legal technology companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels work alone and the buyer sees the gap”

A visitor reads a guide, signs up, and then hears nothing that relates to the guide. The path breaks at the join. Tag where the person came from and let the first message refer to it.

  • “The buyer returns more than once before trying”

A cautious partner reads the site, asks a colleague and comes back. Pages that answer each doubt in turn, with the security page one click away, keep that partner moving instead of leaving.

  • “Measure matters loaded, not sign-ups”

A sign-up count looks good and hides idle trials. Track the step where a firm loads a matter and invites a junior. That number tells you which channel brings firms that will use the product.

  • “Paid channels suit a defined segment”

Advertising to every lawyer wastes spend. A defined segment, a landing page for it and a clear forum coverage statement let paid search or social work with a narrow target.

What we do

What we deliver for legal technology companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route map from question to seat

A diagram of the steps from first visit to paid seat, with the page or message at each step.

Result: The team can point to the exact step where firms leave.

  2. Source tagging

A simple tagging scheme so each sign-up carries the channel and page that brought it.

Result: Every trial shows where it started.

  3. A funnel report in plain terms

Visits, sign-ups, matters loaded, juniors invited and paid seats, read together.

Result: The report names the step that needs attention.

  4. A segment-first channel plan

A choice of two or three channels for each segment, with the reason.

Result: Effort goes to the segments that fit the product.

  5. A test notebook

A record of each change made, the reason and what was observed.

Result: Learning from each change is kept.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a small legal tech team start?
With the pages and the trial path, because every channel depends on them. Then add search content, and paid channels once you know which segment loads matters.
Can you manage our ad accounts?
Yes, as one part of the path. We do not promise leads or sales; results depend on the product, the price and the segment.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
