Interior design firms · Social media

Post the transformation, not just the finished, styled photograph.

Social media strategy for an interior design firm means posting real before-and-after transformations, work-in-progress shots and material choices, which shows a prospective client the actual process behind a finished space. GullySales plans the posting around the project type you decided to grow, and answers the pricing questions left in the comments.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For interior design firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Before and after posts outperform a single styled final shot”

A real transformation from an empty apartment to a furnished one is shared and saved far more than one polished final photo alone.

  • “Work-in-progress content builds trust before a client ever visits”

Showing the site during installation reassures a client that the finished photos represent real, deliverable work.

  • “Comments asking about cost need a clear, honest reply”

A pricing question left unanswered in the comments pushes a genuinely interested client to search elsewhere.

What we do

What we deliver for interior design firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Before-and-after post series

A planned series of real transformation posts from empty space to finished project, drawn from your actual completed work.

Result: A saved and shared post brings a client back to enquire.

  2. Work-in-progress content during installation

Short posts and stories from site during installation, showing the process behind the finished photos.

Result: A prospective client trusts that the finished photos represent real, deliverable work.

  3. Comment and enquiry reply routine

A checked routine for answering pricing and availability questions left in comments, instead of leaving them unanswered.

Result: An interested commenter gets a reply instead of moving to another firm.

  4. Content calendar built around priority project types

A posting schedule weighted toward the project type and budget band you want to grow, agreed in the marketing strategy.

Result: Your feed shows more of the work you actually want to be hired for.

  5. Engagement and enquiry report against the baseline

A report on which posts led to a profile visit or an enquiry, checked against the baseline agreed before work starts.

Result: You know which kind of post is worth repeating.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where homeowners and office clients choose designers, and what to post for each.

Instagram reels of a finished 3BHK
Walk through one apartment from the front door. Caption the city, the layout, the materials and the budget band if you are comfortable stating one. Invite a message to discuss a similar home.
Pinterest boards by room and style
Pin each project photograph by room, such as a master bedroom or puja unit, linked to its project page. Clients often arrive with pins and say they like your style.
Instagram carousels on materials
Explain one choice: plywood grade, laminate finish or hardware brand, and where it was used. Clients ask about these, and a clear answer shows you control the specification.
LinkedIn for office and retail fit-outs
Post a workspace or store project with the brief, the layout and the finishes. Facilities heads and brand managers look for firms that have done a similar space.
WhatsApp status for past clients and architects
Share a completed project and an invitation to visit it. Past clients and architects are the people most likely to pass your name on.
What not to post
Do not post a nameplate, family photographs, valuables or an exact address. Get the client's written yes, and never state a project's cost without their permission.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most?
Instagram and Pinterest for visual portfolio work, alongside the Google Business Profile most enquiries still come through.
How often should we post?
A steady few posts a week built from real project progress works better than an irregular, generic schedule.
Should the studio page or the lead designer's own profile post?
The studio page should carry projects and contact details. The lead designer's profile can show the thinking behind a design, which clients like. Keep enquiries pointed at the studio's WhatsApp so nothing gets lost when a designer is busy or leaves.
Can we post photographs a photographer took for us?
Only within the licence in your agreement with the photographer. Check whether it covers social media, how long, and whether you must credit them. Ask for the right in writing before the shoot. Tag the photographer; they will often share your post.
How soon would we see more signed projects?
Fixing quote follow-up moves first, since the enquiries you already have are the easiest to recover. Ranking for a search such as 2BHK interior designer in your area, and building architect referrals, takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Most firms gain first from a strong Instagram presence and local search. Advertising helps for a project type with spare design capacity.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
