Aluminium fabrication contractors · Lead generation

Fill the measurement-visit diary with sites that are ready to order.

Lead generation for an aluminium fabrication contractor means getting a measurement visit booked at a site where glass, hardware or a shop unit is already planned. GullySales works on the sources that send those sites to you and on a record that shows which source sent which one.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For aluminium fabrication contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A cold enquiry is not a ready site”

A homeowner asking the rate of a sliding window may not have a flat handed over yet. A site engineer asking for a partition fitter has a drawing and a date. The two need different replies, and mixing them wastes a crew's trip.

  • “Contractors and dealers send the larger jobs”

Floors of partitions and cladding reach a fabricator through interior firms, builders and section dealers. Those people do not search; they remember a name. The job is to be the name a short list of people remember.

  • “The source is forgotten by the next day”

An enquiry arrives on a call, the fitter notes a site address on paper, and nobody writes down who recommended you. Months later you cannot say whether dealers or Google Maps pay for themselves.

  • “Repair calls look like leads but behave differently”

A broken track needs a visit this week and pays a small amount. A new floor needs a quote and pays a large one. Counting both as leads hides which kind your effort is bringing in.

What we do

What we deliver for aluminium fabrication contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A source list for your city

Interior firms, builders, section dealers, glass shops and fit-out managers named firm by firm, with the type of work each one hands out.

Result: You hold a written list of who to approach and for which work.

  2. An enquiry sheet with a source column

Every call, WhatsApp and walk-in is entered with site type, area, source and the person who took it.

Result: Each enquiry has a recorded origin you can count later.

  3. Separate routes for new work and repair

Two ways to ask, with different questions, so a jammed window and a full floor do not queue together.

Result: Repair calls and new-work enquiries reach different people.

  4. A measurement-visit request page

A short page asking for site address, type of work, drawings if any and a good time to visit.

Result: A buyer can ask for a visit without a long phone call.

  5. A review of which sources paid

Enquiries set against quotes sent and orders won, source by source.

Result: You can see which source is worth another visit and which is not.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should I buy leads from a listing site?
Treat them as one source among others and tag them. A shared enquiry goes to several fabricators at once, so record which ones you actually won. The sheet shows whether the cost was worth it.
How do I get more floors from interior contractors?
Be the name they can pass on. A finished site to visit, a crew list and a clear quote format give a contractor something to say to a client. GullySales prepares those and the list; whether a firm gives you a floor is its decision.
Do you promise a number of enquiries?
No. We set up the sources and the record, and you see what each one brings. We cannot promise enquiries or orders.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
