Building information modelling consultants · Digital marketing

Join search, LinkedIn, introductions and proposals into a plan built around tenders.

Digital marketing for a BIM consultancy is the joined-up use of your website, search, LinkedIn, email and chat to reach the people who write and answer tenders. GullySales builds the plan from the way your projects have actually been won, and keeps each channel tied to the enquiry log.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For building information modelling consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels differ by buyer”

A contractor reads a scope guide found in search, a developer responds to a project introduction, and a practice owner replies to a note on LinkedIn. One mixed campaign for everyone wastes each of them.

  • “The tender decides the timing”

Marketing that ignores the tender calendar arrives either before the buyer has a need or after the contract is awarded. Plans should follow published clauses and the submission peaks of architects.

  • “Proof must travel with every channel”

Whether the buyer meets you in search, on LinkedIn or in a message, the same project evidence and scope guide should be one click away. Without that, each channel starts the argument again.

  • “Paid promotion needs a narrow target”

Advertising BIM to everyone in construction spends money on people with no tender. Any paid effort should aim at a clear scope and buyer, and the platform's current rules should be checked before it starts.

What we do

What we deliver for building information modelling consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

Which channel reaches the contractor, the consultant, the developer and the practice, with the reason for each.

Result: You can see why each channel is in the plan.

  2. A shared proof library

Project pages, tender pack and scope guides used across every channel.

Result: The same evidence appears wherever a buyer meets you.

  3. A calendar tied to tenders and peaks

Dates for published BIM-clause tenders and architect submission seasons, with marketing planned around them.

Result: Messages arrive when a buyer has a need.

  4. A source-linked enquiry log

Every enquiry marked with the channel and the scope asked for.

Result: You see which channels bring contracts, not only enquiries.

  5. A review of what to stop

A check of channels that bring only price questions.

Result: Time moves from weak channels to stronger ones.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small BIM firm start?
With the scope guide, project pages and the tender pack, since every channel depends on them. Channels come after the proof exists.
Do we need paid advertising?
Not as a first step. Add it once a clear scope and buyer exist, and check the platform's current rules before spending.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
