Commercial construction contractors · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to put the right profile in the right hand.

WhatsApp marketing for a commercial contractor means sending the matching profile, a site photograph or a clarification to a named consultant or project head who already uses the app for work. It is a channel for people, not a broadcast list. GullySales sets the message formats, the consent habits and the record of what was sent.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For commercial construction contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Project heads answer chat before email”

A busy projects head on a site visit replies to a two-line message with a PDF faster than to a long email. The first message should say who you are, who introduced you and what is attached.

  • “Broadcast to strangers backfires”

Mass messages to a bought list of numbers annoy buyers and risk the number being reported. Send to people you have met, who were referred or who asked. Check the platform's current rules for business messaging.

  • “Chats vanish when a phone changes”

Quotations and clarifications agreed in chat are lost when a director changes phones or an employee leaves. Copy the key points to the CRM and confirm commitments in writing.

  • “A group works on live bids”

A small group with the consultant, the estimator and the site lead can resolve queries on a quotation quickly. Agree who may speak, and move any change in price or scope to a written revision.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial construction contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and profile

A dedicated number, a clear business name and a short description, kept apart from personal chats.

Result: A buyer sees the firm, not an individual's number.

  2. Message templates for introductions and replies

Short messages with the matching profile attached, for consultants, projects heads and owners.

Result: The team sends consistent messages without retyping.

  3. Rules for consent and listing

Who may be messaged, how consent is recorded and how someone opts out.

Result: Every contact on the list has a recorded reason.

  4. A log into the CRM

Key messages and attachments copied to the contact record.

Result: The history survives a change of phone.

  5. A site-update format for clients

A short, consistent post-visit note with photographs for clients who want progress updates.

Result: Clients receive progress in a form they can forward.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send bulk messages to consultants?
Not as a mass blast. Send individual, relevant messages to people who know you or asked. For a larger list, use the official business tools and check the platform's current rules.
Should quotations be sent on WhatsApp?
Send a short cover message with the file, but send the formal quotation by mail as well. Chat is not a contract record.
Who should handle the number?
A named person with a backup, not a single director. The record of conversations sits in the CRM so continuity does not depend on a phone.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
