Commercial interior designers · Local SEO

Show up on the map when an owner nearby searches for a studio to visit.

Local SEO for a commercial interior designer is the work of appearing in the map results and city searches when an owner looks for a studio in or near their own area. GullySales works on your Google Business Profile, your service areas and the reviews that sit beside your name.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Interior designers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Site measurement and BOQ. Turn measurements into a BOQ by room and item, priced by running feet or square feet from your own rate list. A version is saved for every change, so the approved BOQ is never in doubt.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For commercial interior designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner wants a studio they can visit”

A new tenant wants to see samples, meet the person and sit at a table with the layout. A studio listed on the map with an address, a door photograph and a phone that is answered is easier to choose than a website alone.

  • “Service areas mean more than the city name”

A studio in one part of a city may serve the whole metro, a neighbouring town or another state for franchise work. The profile should state where you take projects, so you are not asked for sites you will not travel to.

  • “Reviews from owners read differently from reviews from homeowners”

A restaurant owner looks for a review that mentions the opening date being met and the kitchen working. A line of praise for the colour scheme says little. Asking at handover for what mattered to the business changes the reviews.

  • “The profile shows the wrong kind of work”

If the main service is listed as home interior design, commercial enquiries never find you. The service list, the description and the photographs have to match the commercial work you want.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial interior designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Google Business Profile set up for commercial work

The main service, other services, description and photographs entered to describe clinics, restaurants, salons and showrooms.

Result: The profile describes the work you want to be called for.

  2. Service areas that match what you accept

The cities and towns you take projects in, entered clearly, with the studio address and visiting hours.

Result: Owners see where you work before they call.

  3. A review request at handover

A short message sent with the link at the moment the owner opens the doors, asking what the space does for the business.

Result: New reviews describe commercial results in the owner's own words.

  4. Replies to every review

A written answer to each review, plain and specific, including any that mention delay or cost.

Result: A reader sees how you deal with a problem.

  5. Consistent studio details

Name, address and phone matched across the website, the listing and business directories in ordinary use.

Result: The same details appear everywhere an owner looks.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We work from home. Can we have a profile?
Check the platform's current rules on businesses without a public premises. Some can hide the address and list a service area. Do not publish an address where you do not meet clients.
What number of reviews do we need?
There is no number we can give. A handful of recent, specific reviews from owners of the business types you want does more than a long list of general praise.
Should we pay for map ads?
Not at first. Set the profile right and see what it brings, then decide on spend, which we agree in writing before anything is booked.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
