Commercial interior designers · CRM

Keep each owner's lease date, layout and quote in one place instead of in someone's phone.

A CRM for a commercial interior designer is the record of every owner from first message to signed agreement, with lease dates, layout versions and quotes beside the name. GullySales works on setting up a simple CRM in a tool your team will actually open, and on the fields that match how you sell.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Interior designers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Site measurement and BOQ. Turn measurements into a BOQ by room and item, priced by running feet or square feet from your own rate list. A version is saved for every change, so the approved BOQ is never in doubt.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For commercial interior designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The lease date is the most valuable field and nobody records it”

An owner whose possession date is close needs a reply today. One whose lease is months off can be called later. Without the date in the record, every enquiry is handled in the order it arrived.

  • “Several versions of a layout live in different chats”

The first layout, the revised one and the one the owner took to a contractor sit in email and WhatsApp. When someone asks what was sent, the answer is a search through phones. The record should hold the version and the date sent.

  • “Quotes are compared and then forgotten”

An owner receives a quote, says they will think about it and goes quiet. Without the quote date and the next step in the record, no one calls. The studio finds out later that a contractor built the layout.

  • “A tool too heavy for the team is abandoned”

A system with a long list of fields and screens is filled in once and then left. For a small studio, a short list of fields and a tool such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot or a well-built sheet is more use than a large product.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial interior designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A pipeline that matches your stages

Enquiry, brief taken, layout meeting, layout sent, quote sent, agreement, lost, with a reason noted for each loss.

Result: You can see where owners stop.

  2. Fields for what you need to know

Business type, space size, lease and possession dates, opening target, who decides, who pays and the source.

Result: The record answers the first questions on every call.

  3. A rule for every enquiry

Each new lead gets an owner on the team and a next action with a date.

Result: No enquiry sits without a named person.

  4. Import of past enquiries

Your recent enquiries and quotes entered or imported so the history is there from the start.

Result: You begin with real records, not an empty screen.

  5. Training the team in the routine

A short session on what to enter at which step, with a one-page guide kept beside the tool.

Result: Everyone enters the same things in the same place.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which tool should we use?
The one your team will actually open. For a small studio that is a simple CRM with a mobile app. We compare a few ordinary options against your needs and you choose. No tool is better than the habit of using it.
Can the CRM link to WhatsApp?
Some can, through the WhatsApp Business platform or a connector. Check the tool's and the platform's current rules and costs first. A manual note of each conversation also works until you are ready.
What about our existing project files?
Keep them where they are. The CRM holds the enquiry and the quote, with a link to the project folder. It is not a replacement for your drawings and files.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
