Commercial interior designers · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the owner on the app where they already send photographs of the shop.

WhatsApp marketing for a commercial interior designer is the use of WhatsApp Business to answer enquiries, send layouts and keep owners informed from first message to handover. GullySales works on the set-up, the saved replies and the record of each conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Interior designers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Site measurement and BOQ. Turn measurements into a BOQ by room and item, priced by running feet or square feet from your own rate list. A version is saved for every change, so the approved BOQ is never in doubt.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For commercial interior designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first message is a photograph of an empty shop”

An owner sends a picture of the unit and asks whether you can do it. A reply that asks for the size, the lease date and the business type, and says what happens next, moves the chat towards a brief.

  • “Layouts and quotes get sent to the wrong chat”

Files shared on a personal number to a group that also includes the contractor leak your work. A business number with a clear file route keeps the layout with the owner and the quote with the decision-maker.

  • “A busy site visit means a late reply”

The team is on a site when the message comes. A saved away message, a catalogue of business types and a named person who replies when back keep the owner waiting with some information.

  • “Group chats become the only record”

Decisions on finishes, changes and approvals live in a project chat. When a dispute comes, scrolling is the only way to find the answer. Important decisions should be copied to the record.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial interior designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

Business name, description, address, hours and catalogue of the business types you serve.

Result: The owner sees a studio, not a personal number.

  2. Saved replies for first questions

Short answers for size, lease date, scope and how the design agreement works, ready to edit.

Result: The first reply is clear and is sent without delay.

  3. An away message and a named owner

A message that sets expectations when the team is on site, and a person responsible for the next reply.

    Result: No message waits unseen.

  4. Rules for files and groups

A simple rule on what is sent in chat, what goes by email and who is added to a project group.

Result: Layouts and quotes go to the right people.

  5. Logging into the CRM

Each enquiry entered in the record with its source and the date of the last message.

Result: The conversation does not live only on one phone.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send broadcast messages?
Check the platform's current rules on business messaging and consent first. Send only to owners who have asked to hear from you. Do not add people to lists without permission.
Should we use the green app or the API?
A small studio can start with the WhatsApp Business app. The API is for larger volumes and integrations, and costs more. Start simple and change if you outgrow it.
Is it fine to discuss price in chat?
Yes, but send the quote as a document with its scope. A bare figure in a chat gets compared without the scope and weakens your position.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
