Glass and glazing contractors · WhatsApp marketing

Turn the photograph a buyer sends on WhatsApp into a quote that gets answered.

WhatsApp marketing for a glazing contractor is using the app where buyers already send photographs and measurements, to reply, quote and keep contact with past clients. GullySales works on the business profile, the replies and the lists kept.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For glass and glazing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers send a photograph and expect a rate”

A balcony, a staircase or a shop front arrives as a picture with one line of text. Without a set of questions about size, glass and finish, the reply is a guess and the guess is compared against others.

  • “Messages from personal numbers are lost when staff change”

If enquiries sit on an engineer's own phone, they go when that person leaves. A business number with shared access keeps the conversations with the firm.

  • “Broadcasting to everyone annoys the architect”

A message about a railing offer sent to a consultant list is deleted unread. Lists have to be kept apart by kind of buyer, and each message has to suit the list.

  • “A voice note is not a quotation”

Buyers agree to things in chats that are later disputed. A short written confirmation of scope, glass and price, sent in the chat and backed by the quotation file, settles the argument.

What we do

What we deliver for glass and glazing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile for the firm

Name, description, catalogue of work and hours, set on a number the firm owns.

Result: Buyers reach the firm and not one person's phone.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers asking for size, glass type, finish and location, and explaining what a quote includes.

Result: The first reply to a photograph asks what you need to price it.

  3. Separate lists by buyer

Lists for homeowners, interior firms and consultants, with permission to message each.

Result: Each list receives only the messages meant for it.

  4. A habit of confirming scope in writing

A message summarising the agreed work and price, sent after every call.

Result: The chat holds a written confirmation of each agreement.

  5. A catalogue of finished work

Photographs and short descriptions of railings, doors, partitions and façades.

Result: A buyer can browse your work inside the app.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is it allowed to message past clients on WhatsApp?
Message people who have agreed to hear from you, and give them an easy way to stop. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging before you send to a list.
Should we use the WhatsApp Business API?
For a small firm the Business app is enough. The API suits larger teams who need several agents on one number and automated replies.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
