HVAC contractors · Local SEO

Appear on the map when an office, showroom or factory nearby needs a system.

Local SEO for an HVAC contractor means keeping your Google Business Profile and regional pages accurate so nearby owners find you when they search for a system. It matters for offices, showrooms, restaurants and small factories. GullySales sets up the profile, the regional pages and the review routine.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For HVAC contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A profile that says AC service loses project buyers”

Listings default to the repair wording. An owner fitting out a showroom sees a service company, while a project contractor is what they need. The business type, description and photographs should say ducting, VRF and chiller work.

  • “Regions you serve are not the same as your office address”

A contractor in one city may take factory jobs in the industrial belt two hours away. If the profile and pages name only the head office, buyers in the other towns do not find you.

  • “Photographs on the profile should be plant rooms”

Owners looking at a profile want to see finished ducting, a neat terrace chiller yard or a cold room panel. Pictures of vans and technicians suggest a smaller service firm.

  • “Reviews from project clients are collected differently”

A builder or a facility head will not fill in a star rating on a whim. A request sent by the person who handed over the site, after commissioning, reaches the right reader.

What we do

What we deliver for HVAC contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up

The profile's name, business type, services, areas and description written to describe project work, with the right phone route for enquiries.

Result: The profile describes project systems and the regions served, with correct contact details.

  2. Regional pages for towns and industrial areas

A page for each region you take work in, listing systems installed there and sites finished, without copied text between pages.

Result: Each region has its own page with real project detail.

  3. A photograph set for the profile

Plant rooms, duct runs and cold rooms photographed with the client's consent and added with short descriptions.

Result: The profile's photographs show the work you do.

  4. A review request routine for completed sites

A message sent by the project lead after handover, with a link and a polite note, to the facility or MEP contact.

Result: Each handed-over site has a request recorded against the contact.

  5. Listing consistency check

Your name, address and phone checked across business directories and trade listings so they match.

Result: One spelling of the firm appears everywhere.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Does a small HVAC contractor need local SEO?
Yes, where offices, restaurants and showrooms search nearby. It matters less for large packages awarded by consultants. Treat it as support for the smaller work, with no promise on position.
Can we list several branches?
Only where a staffed office exists at that address. Listing a place with no office breaks the platform's rules, so check the current rules and add only real locations.
How should we respond to a negative review?
Reply politely, state what was done and offer to talk through the site details. Do not argue in public. Check the platform's current rules before asking for or removing any review.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
