HVAC contractors · Website

Build a site that shows a consultant what you installed before they call.

A website for an HVAC contractor is a reference library for consultants, builders and plant engineers who look you up after hearing your name. It should show systems, sites and how to send a drawing. GullySales plans and writes the pages and the enquiry form, and your team supplies the project facts.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For HVAC contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking, not discovering”

A consultant who received your introduction opens the site to see whether you have done a job like theirs. If the first page is a stock photo and a general paragraph on cooling, the check ends there.

  • “Projects need structure, not just pictures”

Each project page should name the building, area, system, equipment brands and tests done. A gallery of plant rooms with no words forces the visitor to guess what they are seeing.

  • “The enquiry form should ask for a project”

A form with a name and message gets short notes. A form that asks building use, area, system and stage gets what your engineer needs. Offer WhatsApp for drawings, since that is how drawings arrive.

  • “Residential service must not crowd project work”

If AC repair takes the home page, project buyers leave. Keep service on its own page and give the main menu to systems, projects and contact for consultants.

What we do

What we deliver for HVAC contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around systems and buyers

A structure with pages for each system, each building type, projects, about and contact, planned before any writing.

Result: The menu shows what you install and where a consultant should click.

  2. Project pages with structured detail

A page template for each project: building, area, system, brands, testing and photographs, filled from your records with client consent.

Result: Each project is described the same way and can be compared.

  3. System and room pages

Pages on chiller plant, VRF, ducting, clean room, cold room, hospital and ventilation work, written for the engineer who runs the room.

Result: Each system has a page in the buyer's language.

  4. An enquiry form and drawing upload

A form capturing project details with a way to send a drawing, feeding into your offer log.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with details and a source.

  5. Speed, mobile and tracking checks

A check that pages load properly on a phone, forms work and enquiries are recorded.

Result: A list of checks passed and faults fixed.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
If the structure suits project buyers, fix it. If it is built around AC service, a rebuild is cleaner. We look at the existing site before advising.
What do we need to give you?
Project details, photographs with consent, the brands you are authorised for and engineers' approval of technical text. We do not invent facts about your work.
Should we show prices?
Not on a project site. Prices depend on load, brand and scope. Show how to send a drawing and what happens next, without promising a time for the reply.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
