Insulation contractors · Digital marketing

Join search, Maps, LinkedIn and chat so an enquiry reaches a survey.

Digital marketing for an insulation contractor is the joined-up use of your website, Google Maps, LinkedIn and WhatsApp to bring in enquiries and keep them. GullySales builds the plan across them, so effort goes to the sources that bring surveys.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For insulation contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Plants and homes use different routes”

Plants reach you through consultants, peers and a check on your website. Homeowners reach you through search and a neighbour. A plan that treats them alike wastes effort on one.

  • “The site backs the introduction”

When a consultant adds you to a list or a purchase officer checks you, they open your website. Clear applications, references and specifications support what the introduction said.

  • “Measure by source”

Without a source on each enquiry, advertising looks like luck. A register with a source and a survey column shows what each channel brought.

  • “Season shapes the enquiry”

Roof insulation enquiries rise as summer approaches, while cold room and boiler work follows a plant's shutdown and budget cycle. Posts, guides and Maps photos timed to those periods reach a buyer who already has the problem in view, and the paid budget moves to the same months.

What we do

What we deliver for insulation contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A written plan that states which channels you use, for which buyers, and what each is for.

Result: You can say in one sentence what each channel does.

  2. A tracking set-up

Call and form tracking, a source field on the register and tags on social links.

Result: Each enquiry carries its source.

  3. A paid search plan, if you choose it

Campaigns built around applications and cities, with the platform's current rules checked first.

Result: Each campaign points to a page that matches its search.

  4. A content rhythm

A realistic plan for posts, guides and Maps photos that your team can keep up.

Result: The plan names who posts what.

  5. A review of results by source

A look at the register to see which source brought surveys and orders.

Result: You can read which channel brought the jobs.

  6. A reference-led LinkedIn plan

Posts that show one finished job at a time, with the surface, the material, the thickness and the reason it was chosen, aimed at plant heads, consultants and purchase officers in the cities where you work.

Result: Each post carries a real job a consultant can check.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where do we begin?
With your Business Profile and the page for the application you most want to sell, because both sit closest to a survey request. Add LinkedIn posts and paid search once the profile has current photographs and the page has references and a clear route to ask.
Do we need every channel?
No. Choose those your buyers use and your team can keep up. A good presence on the channels that matter beats a thin one everywhere, and a plant buyer who finds your profile abandoned will doubt the rest of what you show.
How do we know it works?
By reading the register. Surveys and orders by source tell you more than followers or likes, and a quote that stalls at purchase shows up there as a stage, so you can see where the channel's work ended and the sales work began.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
