Luxury property developers · Content marketing

Write about the craft of the building, because that is what a serious buyer reads.

Content marketing for a luxury developer means producing articles, films and documents that explain the choices behind the homes. GullySales works with your architect and project team to turn those choices into pieces an adviser or buyer will read.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For luxury property developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer wants to understand the decision, not the adjective”

The word luxury tells nothing. A page on why the ceilings are that height, why the stone was chosen or how the terrace faces gives a buyer something to repeat to a spouse or adviser.

  • “Your best material sits in the architect's head”

Design notes, material samples and site photographs exist already but are rarely written down. Turning them into plain pieces gives you content no portal can copy.

  • “Advisers need documents they can forward”

A wealth manager answering a client does not want a brochure. A short note on the developer, the delivery record and the project is easier to forward and easier to trust.

  • “Privacy limits what you can show”

Owners will not appear in your stories, and that is right. Content has to carry its weight with drawings, materials and the project record instead of faces.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury property developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An architect interview and design note

A conversation with the architect turned into a clear piece on the thinking behind the plan.

Result: A published piece that names real design decisions.

  2. A materials and specification guide

A readable document on finishes, fittings and systems, with the maker named where it is right to do so.

Result: Every claim in it can be checked against the specification.

  3. A developer record page

A factual account of earlier projects, written with the facts you can document.

Result: The page contains only what you can show on paper.

  4. Construction progress diary

Photographs and short notes from the site, published with your approval.

Result: Each entry carries a date and a caption.

  5. An adviser note

A two-page note sized for forwarding, covering the project, the developer and how to arrange a visit.

Result: An adviser can forward it without editing.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the content?
We draft it from interviews and documents, and your architect and project head approve each piece. Nothing goes out with a claim your team cannot support.
Can content mention approvals and registration?
Only as the papers state. Rules on what a developer may say differ by state, so have your legal adviser check any wording about registration or approvals.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
