Luxury property developers · Local SEO

Make the sales gallery and the neighbourhood easy to find on a map.

Local SEO for a luxury developer means keeping the sales gallery, the sample home and the project address correct wherever a buyer looks on a map or in a local search. GullySales works on your business profile, local pages and the listings that repeat your name and address.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For luxury property developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visit is by appointment, so the map must be exact”

A family arriving at the wrong gate or an old address forms an impression before the host speaks. The profile should show the right entrance, the days you receive visitors and how to book.

  • “The driver and the assistant look it up first”

The person who books the viewing may not be the buyer. They check the map, the photographs and the contact, and a thin profile reads as an unserious developer.

  • “Neighbourhood searches bring the buyer who is already nearby”

Someone who lives close to your site and wants to stay in the area will search by locality. Your pages should speak to that locality and not only to the tower.

  • “Duplicate listings split the name”

Sales gallery, site office and registered office can appear as three entries with different phones. A buyer cannot tell which is real, and the search engine cannot either.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury property developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile set-up

The profile for the sales gallery with correct entrance, photographs of the arrival, and the way to request an appointment.

Result: The profile opens with the right pin and a booking route.

  2. Duplicate and old entry clean-up

A search for entries carrying earlier addresses or numbers, with requests to merge or remove them.

Result: A sheet lists each entry and what was done.

  3. Local pages for the surrounding areas

Short pages on the streets, parks and schools around the project, with real distances stated carefully.

Result: Each page is about one place and links to the viewing request.

  4. Consistent name and address everywhere

One written version of the project name and address, used across directories and listings.

Result: Every listing matches the written version.

  5. A reply routine for map questions

Who answers questions and review comments on the profile, and in what tone.

Result: A named person and a short tone note exist.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the profile show the price?
That is your decision. Some luxury developers prefer to invite an enquiry, and the profile can say that a private discussion of the options is offered.
Do we ask owners to leave public reviews?
Be careful. Owners value privacy, and rules on reviews differ by platform and by profession. Check the platform's current rules and take advice before inviting any review.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
