Luxury property developers · Website

A luxury project site should be calm, accurate and slow to ask for anything.

A website for a luxury developer is the project's quiet front door, read by buyers, their assistants and their advisers. GullySales writes and plans the pages, the photography brief and the viewing request so the site reads as serious.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For luxury property developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Pop-ups and countdowns undo the architecture”

A flashing offer on top of a fine photograph tells the visitor the project is being sold like stock. Restraint is part of the product here.

  • “The page must answer an adviser's questions”

A wealth manager checking the developer wants the project facts, the delivery record and the approvals in one place. If they cannot find them, they stop looking.

  • “Heavy films can hide the facts”

A full-screen film on a slow phone leaves the visitor with nothing to read. Put the plan, the specification and a way to ask for a viewing where they load first.

  • “Overseas buyers read the site at night”

A buyer in another time zone reads the site alone and then writes. The site should make it plain how to arrange a video viewing in their hours.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury property developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page structure for the project

A plan covering the home page, the architect, the residences, the specification, the location and the viewing request.

Result: Each page has a stated purpose and a link to the request.

  2. Copy written for the site

Plain, specific text on every page, with details your team has checked.

Result: Each claim is matched to a document.

  3. Photography and film brief

A brief for the images and films the site needs, so they show the real building and surroundings.

Result: A shot list exists for your photographer.

  4. Approvals and papers section

A place for the project registration and approval papers, shown as they stand.

Result: Your legal adviser has seen the wording.

  5. A private viewing request and video option

A short form for a physical or video viewing that routes to a named person.

Result: A test request reaches the right inbox and the CRM.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show prices?
Your call. Some luxury developers invite a private conversation. Rules on advertising differ by state, so take your legal adviser's view on any figure shown.
Do we need a separate site for every tower?
Not necessarily. One site with a page per project is easier to keep accurate and is easier to find.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
