Office interior designers · Digital marketing

Plan the channels around a company's search for a designer, not around a trend.

Digital marketing for an office interior designer means choosing the few channels that reach a fit-out buyer, from search and LinkedIn to email and WhatsApp, and connecting them to one enquiry record. GullySales works on the plan, the order of work and the measurement.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Interior designers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Site measurement and BOQ. Turn measurements into a BOQ by room and item, priced by running feet or square feet from your own rate list. A version is saved for every change, so the approved BOQ is never in doubt.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For office interior designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels are chosen by who decides”

A home designer can fill a calendar from Instagram. An office designer needs the admin head, the finance head and the founder. LinkedIn, email, search and introductions reach them. A trend that does not reach those people is a distraction.

  • “Spend before measurement is guesswork”

A studio that runs ads without a record of where enquiries come from cannot tell what worked. Setting up the baseline first, then adding paid work, lets the studio drop what fails and keep what brings pursuits.

  • “The slow decision needs repeated contact”

Fit-out decisions pass through several people and weeks of waiting. One advert is rarely the moment of choice. A sequence of a guide, a project page, a message and a follow-up keeps the studio present through the long path.

What we do

What we deliver for office interior designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan for workplaces

A written plan stating which channels will be used, which will not and why, based on who decides.

Result: The plan explains every channel the studio is paying for.

  2. Baseline and source record

Enquiries, layouts, signed offices and sources recorded before any new work begins.

Result: Later results can be read against a starting point.

  3. Connected pages and packs

A website, guides and a facilities pack linked so that each channel lands on something useful.

Result: Every channel sends the visitor to a relevant page.

  4. Outreach and paid plan

Outreach to companies on the move, with paid search or LinkedIn added only after sources are measured. Spend is agreed in writing.

Result: Nothing is spent without a written plan and limit.

  5. Reporting by source and company size

Enquiries, layouts and signings grouped by channel and company size.

Result: The sheet shows which channel brings which kind of company.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small studio begin?
With the website's project pages, the Google profile and a short outreach list. These cost little and bring early evidence of what draws replies.
Do we need ads to get started?
Not at first. Ads are added once the pages and the record are ready to receive and measure them.
Who sets the budget?
You do. GullySales proposes a plan and a limit in writing, and spend begins only after you agree.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
