Property inspection companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a buyer finds when the question is about one defect.

SEO for an inspection company means writing pages that match what a buyer types when worried about a flat: seepage, hollow tiles, wiring, a snag list. GullySales plans those pages, writes them in plain language and fixes the site so search engines can read it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For property inspection companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by defect, not by company type”

The person standing in a damp bedroom types the problem, not the profession. A site with one page called property inspection services misses every search that starts with a patch on the ceiling or a tap that drips.

  • “Project names carry search interest”

Buyers look up a project by name along with words like snagging or possession checklist. A page that mentions the projects and localities you work in, truthfully, can match that search better than a generic national page.

  • “A page that lists nothing looks like every other page”

Pages saying that your team provides thorough inspection could belong to any firm. A page that lists rooms, items checked and the form the report takes tells the reader, and the search engine, what is actually on offer.

  • “Structural wording needs care”

A page that implies a structural opinion without a qualified engineer behind it creates risk for the firm. Search pages should state what your team examines and leave judgements to the people qualified to make them.

What we do

What we deliver for property inspection companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search topic map for the trade

A list of the defects, moments and localities buyers search for, matched to pages you have or need.

Result: You can see which searches have no page yet.

  2. Defect and moment pages

Pages for seepage, plumbing, electrical, tile and paint checks, plus possession, resale and rental handover.

Result: Each page names the items inspected and shows a sample of the output.

  3. Sample report page

A page with an anonymised report that search engines can read and a buyer can scroll.

Result: A remote buyer sees evidence before calling.

  4. Technical clean-up

Titles, headings, page speed on phones and indexing problems corrected on the existing site.

Result: A site check shows pages readable on a phone and listed for search.

  5. Question pages from real calls

Pages answering the questions your coordinator hears, written from a log of those calls.

Result: Answers on the site match the questions people ask you.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which pages should come first?
Start with the moment that brings you the largest share of bookings, such as the pre-possession visit, and the defect that buyers fear. We decide after looking at your enquiry log.
Can GullySales say we will rank first?
No. Nobody controls rankings. We can promise well-built pages and a clean site, and show you the searches those pages are aimed at.
Does the site need a blog?
Not as an end in itself. A short article that answers a specific buyer question earns its place; a long list of general posts does not. We write the ones that match enquiries.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
