Property inspection companies · Website

Build a site that answers what will be checked, who comes and what arrives.

A website for an inspection company is the place a buyer decides to trust you: what you check, who attends, what the report looks like and how to book. GullySales designs and builds that site, and links it to your enquiry log.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For property inspection companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer scans for the report”

Someone choosing between two firms looks for the sample report and the list of what is examined. A site that hides these behind a contact form loses to one that shows them.

  • “Phones do most of the viewing”

A buyer standing in a half-finished flat opens the site on a phone. Pages that load slowly, or require pinching and zooming, lose the visitor before the booking button appears.

  • “A single contact page is not enough”

A buyer on a deadline wants a call or WhatsApp button on every page and a form that asks for the date. A page of general text and a distant contact link adds steps.

  • “Credentials must be stated carefully”

Pages should name the qualifications your team actually holds, and nothing beyond. Overstating an engineer's role or implying a structural opinion creates risk, so wording is checked with you.

What we do

What we deliver for property inspection companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure for the trade

Home, inspection types, defect pages, sample report, about the team, city pages and booking.

Result: A site map drawn around buyer questions.

  2. Mobile-first design

Layouts tested on ordinary phones, with large call and WhatsApp buttons.

Result: A site that works without zooming.

  3. Booking and enquiry form

A form that asks for property, project, key date and city and sends to your log and WhatsApp.

Result: Each submission carries the date that drives the booking.

  4. Team and credentials page

A page naming inspectors, their qualifications and the areas they cover, as you approve them.

Result: Qualifications on the site match your records.

  5. Measurement set-up

Analytics and call tracking added so you can see which pages bring enquiries.

Result: A view of visits and enquiries by page.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you rebuild our existing site?
Yes. We keep what works, such as pages that already bring enquiries, and rebuild what does not. Addresses of important pages are kept or redirected.
Do we need a client login for reports?
Not at the start. Reports can go by link or WhatsApp. A portal makes sense only if volume and client demand justify it.
Who writes the text?
GullySales drafts it with your team, and you approve it. Anything about qualifications or structural matters stays as your team states it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
