Renovation contractors · Lead generation

Bring in renovation enquiries from buyers who already have a building and a deadline.

Lead generation for a renovation contractor means reaching committees, facility heads, landlords and architects at the moment a building needs repair, and sorting real jobs from price checks. GullySales works on the pages, the enquiry questions and the record that connect those buyers to your site visits.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For renovation contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A repair need arrives with a date attached”

A bank branch faces an inspection, a society sees leakage before the rains, a landlord has a flat falling vacant. The buyer who searches or asks around has a deadline, so the contractor who is visible and answers with a clear next step is the one who gets the site visit.

  • “Each buyer type starts from a different place”

A committee secretary asks neighbours, a facilities head checks vendor lists, an owner living abroad searches online, an architect asks a contractor they have already seen. One generic message misses each of these doors, so the work is to name the door first.

  • “A photograph is not yet a lead”

A set of pictures of a damp wall arrive on WhatsApp and a day goes into travelling to look. Until location, building age, decision maker and date are known, the enquiry is only a question, and counting it as a lead hides how many site visits were wasted.

  • “Past clients are the cheapest source of the next job”

A society that hired you for painting may need terrace repair next. A branch you refitted has sister branches. Without a list of what was done and what was left open, nobody calls them with a specific reason.

What we do

What we deliver for renovation contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Lead sources mapped by buyer

A written list of where committee, chain, landlord and architect work has come from so far, and which doors have never been tried.

Result: You can name the source of your last ten orders.

  2. Enquiry questions before a site visit

Four or five questions on location, damage, building age, decision maker and date, sent to every new enquiry.

Result: Each enquiry has the same answers recorded before anyone travels.

  3. Pages for each building type

Separate pages for shop refits, bank branches, society terraces, old houses and leakage repair, each showing a finished job.

Result: A buyer lands on the page that matches their building.

  4. A past-client call list

Every society, branch and owner served, with the work done and the work left for later.

Result: A call to a past client names a specific open item.

  5. A lead record by source

One list with source, visit date, quote sent and last reply.

Result: You can see which source produced site visits and which produced only questions.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which source should a renovation contractor start with?
Start with the one you can already prove: past clients and architects who have seen your work. Fresh search and chain outreach come after the list and the pages exist, and the record shows which door is worth more effort.
Is every WhatsApp photograph worth a visit?
No. Ask where, what is damaged, how old, who decides and by when. Reply to the answers, then decide. A buyer who will not answer five questions has not yet decided to sign a quote.
Should we buy leads from portals?
Treat them as one source among others and record the result separately. Compare site visits and orders against the other doors before putting more into it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
