Senior living developers · Website

Build a site a worried family can read in one sitting and trust.

A website for a senior living developer is the place a retiree, a child abroad and an adviser all check before they call. GullySales works on its structure, wording and forms so it answers their questions plainly.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For senior living developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The reader is anxious, not browsing”

A family reading about senior living may be dealing with a bereavement or a health scare. Clear sentences, large type and a calm design show respect for that.

  • “Older readers use the site differently”

A retiree may read on a tablet with larger text, or have a younger relative scroll. Tap targets, contrast and page speed on a basic phone matter.

  • “The child abroad needs a way to act at a distance”

A son or daughter in another time zone cannot drop in. A video tour, a written summary and a booking form with time-zone choice make acting possible.

  • “Care and charges pages cause the most doubt”

Vague pages about services or pricing models lose households. A page that says what is provided, by whom and under what terms earns a visit.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure for family questions

Pages arranged around the questions families ask, from ownership to a day in the life.

Result: A visitor reaches an answer in a few clicks.

  2. Readable design for older visitors

Type size, contrast and layout set for easy reading on tablet and phone.

Result: The site passes a read-through by an older relative.

  3. Visit and video-tour booking form

A form that asks who is visiting, who is viewing from afar and a suitable time.

    Result: Bookings show everyone involved.

  4. Ownership and care pages

Pages written with your lawyer and operator, stating what is and is not provided.

Result: Each claim has an approver.

  5. Analytics and form tracking

Tracking of which pages lead to calls and bookings.

Result: You can see which pages bring visits.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show prices?
That is your decision with your lawyers and lenders. Whatever you show, explain the ownership model beside it so the figure is not read alone.
How do we show residents on the site?
Only with written consent for a stated use, and with a guardian's agreement where a resident cannot consent alone. Without consent, show the place and its activities instead.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
