Elevator companies · Email marketing

Write to every building you maintain, in the months nothing breaks.

Email for a lift company is how the service base hears from you between breakdowns: the monthly summary, the renewal notice, the modernisation letter to a fifteen-year-old installation. GullySales builds those sends from your service records and the architect list you have been collecting.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For elevator companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The committee changes every year and nobody tells you”

A new secretary inherits a contract she did not sign and a vendor she has no opinion about. A monthly email is how she forms one before renewal.

  • “Modernisation letters work because nobody sends them”

A building with a fifteen-year-old lift has never been written to about controllers or doors. One well-argued letter opens an order that was sitting there.

  • “Architects want dimensions in their inbox, not offers”

A short note when a model changes or a drawing set is updated gets read. Anything that smells of a sales email is filtered, and the practice is lost.

  • “The renewal notice goes out too late almost everywhere”

A contract chased in the month it expires is compared on price. Sent three months early with a service record attached, it is compared on the year you just had.

What we do

What we deliver for elevator companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A service summary to every building

Visits, parts, complaints and response times, generated from your service records and sent to the secretary and the facility manager.

Result: The committee knows what it is paying for.

  2. A renewal calendar that starts early

Every contract's expiry recorded, with the notice, the service record and the proposal going out months ahead of it.

Result: Renewal is discussed before anybody invites quotes.

  3. Modernisation letters sorted by installation age

Your base ordered by age and condition, with a written case sent to each building due for controllers, doors or safety upgrades.

Result: Old installations turn into planned orders.

  4. An architect and consultant list kept current

Practices and consultants who took drawings or worked on a project, held with what they asked for, and written to only when something changes.

Result: The drawing kit stays in front of the people who draw.

  5. Breakdown and service notifications

Messages when a technician is assigned, on arrival, and when the lift is running again, sent to the building contacts you hold.

Result: Residents are told rather than left guessing.

  6. Consent and contact records kept properly

Permission recorded for marketing messages, contacts held per building and per practice, with an unsubscribe route that works.

Result: The list stays clean and the sends stay welcome.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

What a lift company needs in place before it emails buildings and architects.

A service base list from your own contracts
List every installation you maintain with the site, the contact, the lift count, the year of installation and the AMC end date. A renewal note that quotes the lift number is read. A generic one is deleted.
The right contact for each building
An association's secretary changes each year. Keep the treasurer and the facility manager on the record too, and update after each annual meeting so a renewal does not go to someone who has left.
Architects and consultants as a separate list
Add architects, MEP consultants and builders you have met. They want specifications, shaft dimensions, load options and drawings for planning. Do not send them service notices.
Safety and licensing documents ready to attach
Have your current lift installation and inspection records, the licence status your state requires and the shaft requirements in files you can send. Rules vary by state, so name them only in general terms.
A clear fault route in every mail
Put the breakdown number and the escalation contact in the footer. A resident who reads your renewal note when the lift is stuck will reply to it, and that reply should reach someone on call.

Who it is for

This is written for these elevator companies.

  • Passenger lift companies for apartments and offices
  • Home lift and villa elevator specialists
  • Hospital bed and stretcher lift suppliers
  • Goods and freight lift manufacturers
  • Escalator and travelator suppliers for malls and metros
  • Dumbwaiter and service lift suppliers for hotels and restaurants
  • Independent lift maintenance and AMC companies
  • Lift modernisation and retrofit specialists

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the email marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your list

We review who is on the list, how they got there, and how long it has been since they last heard from you.

  2. 2

    Audit past sends

We check open and click rates from past emails to see what has and has not worked.

  3. 3

    Segment and plan

The list is split into meaningful groups and a sending calendar is agreed.

  4. 4

    Implement content and automation

Emails are written, scheduled and, where useful, set to trigger automatically based on behaviour.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track performance and adjust subject lines, timing and content based on what the list responds to.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our associations only use WhatsApp. Should we email at all?
Send the service summary by email and the breakdown alerts by WhatsApp. The email is the record a committee pulls up at renewal; WhatsApp is for the evening a lift stops. They do different jobs.
Will architects read anything we send?
Only if it is short and technical. A note that a model's pit depth changed, or that a drawing set has been updated, gets opened. A newsletter about your company does not, and it costs you the address.
Can we email residents directly instead of the association?
Not without their permission. The contract is with the association, so write to its office-bearers, and offer a notice for the building board that the secretary can share. Individual residents' addresses belong to the society and need their consent.
What does a modernisation letter to an old installation need?
Name the lift and its age, list the items worth checking, such as door operator, controller and safety gear, and propose a site visit. Avoid scare language. Attach the last service report so the committee sees you know the machine.
How can a smaller lift company compete with the multinational brands?
By being known earlier and answering faster locally. An architect who already has your shaft drawings will often name you beside a big brand. After handover, a local technician who reaches within the hour keeps the building when a multinational's service desk cannot.
How do we get families to decide on a home lift?
Answer the fear behind the delay. Families usually postpone because they picture a parent stuck alone during a power cut. Show them the battery rescue on a working lift, in a home like theirs, and most move to a decision.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
